You get the full game the DLC isn't day one content. The Donkey Kong DLC for the first game was an entirely new campaign and didn't feel like chopped content

Ubisoft is notorious for discounting brand new releases only a few weeks after launch, I have been burned by them many times. That all being said this will be a gold edition digital purchase day one for me.

I think since you may get the legendries early on in the game to be able to traverse the open world map maybe they start off as this Pokemon and evolve throughout the game gaining new abilities, like being able to swim or fly.

Am I the only one who hasn't touched his New 3DS XL in years? I have far too much of a catalog to get through on the Switch, playing old 3DS games is the furthest thought from my mind. And this is coming from a fan of the 3DS with over 150 digital games on the system. I just don't have time to look back.

By around the corner do you mean that's what you believe or anyone from Nintendo has actually confirmed? The first Switch has to stop selling for them to want to make a sucessor

Cult of the Lamb has some performance issues, and several soft lock bugs that can halt progression. I've had to restart my entire game once and scared at least twice more that I may have to restart again. However all this said I am absolutely enjoying the game and once patched it may become a contender for my game of the year

Sadly until stores like Gamestop go the way of Blockbuster digital titles that are also released physically have little to no chance of being any cheaper than their physical counterpart. That's why I am a big fan of the death of physical media. Or at least bring back the $99 two game offer they use to have in the States.

Why would anyone watch this instead of the thousands of in-depth videos that have been made through out the years on this subject on Youtube?

Hopefully Valve supports the Steam Deck up to the release date of this game

Switch first party titles that are years old are often in the top ten sellers every week and month, so they have little to no incentive to lower the price. That being said I think titles like Pikmin 3, Metroid Dread and Miitopia should get a price cut down for $19.99

They are holding out as long as they can before they have to tell us it's a cloud version

If I were the developers I would worry about getting the Switch and PS4 versions ready first, that's over 200 million potential customers. The Xbox Series S/X and the PS5 haven't sold enough of been wildly available

You assume I've never touched the Steam Deck. My best friend owns the 512 gb model and I have had time with it. I think they should have done away with the two giant touch pads and moved the joysticks down, made the buttons bigger. For something that large to have such a small dpad and buttons is weird. I bought all my games digitally through the Nintendo eShop because I don't need the prospect of being able to trade them in because I can afford my favorite hobby. Also though I have a gaming PC and play some PC games there hasn't been a solid PC exclusive I care about since maybe Half Life Alyx. The Steam Decks premium glass screen on the 512 gb model looks like hot trash compared to the OLED screen of the newest Switch

Ok I don't have enough money for gaming, somehow my Switch has 324 games but sure. I have a gaming PC but honestly it's not my preferred way to play. Nobody is buying a Steam Deck to play less intensive games. So enjoy playing to beta test some janky tech that Valve will abandon

Some people like to go against the grain and check out the other guys. I think Steam is a dumpster fire, I've never liked the UI and the company behind it. Epic not only still makes and publishes games but like I said earlier they just their massive wealth to give back to gamers

Alright have fun with your Steam Deck hope it works out as well as your Vive Pro, Steam Box, Steam Controller. I'll continue to play an actually proven successful system with a fantastic library of games that will never come to PC

I looked at the Witcher 3 comparison footage and though the Steam Deck looks better I was shocked by how little it looked better. So you keep insisting it looks leaps and bounds better than the Switch but it simply doesn't.

You probably had to dig deep to find a game that sold better on PC, Terraria is a deep dig. But guess which game, far more popular than Terraria has sold better on consoles, Minecraft. It even had a headstart on PC being PC only for several years before coming to console.

Steam has 134 million active members according to Steam. That being said their top player count game is Counter Strike Go with 918k active players.

So that means nothing when the most played Steam game came out in 2012. I've always said when games that start on PC want to make real money they get ported to consoles. However games now are coming out on consoles first and eventually they may come to PC.

Probably why the PSP failed, there was 82 million PSPs sold but one of it's best selling games only sold 2.1 million copies. Not a high attach rate, this means 1 out of every 40 PSP owners bought the game. If they simply did a quick port of this game it would be time and money still spent but for some reason they are doing a whole lot more for a game that in the grand scope of things didn't sell very well. Again the team wasting their money and time on this should be moved to the FF7 Remake or FF16 team to help either of them not take a million years to complete these much larger games

I know what Crisis Core is I've played it and I can promise you it's not worth anyone's time. Also part 2 of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake is not the last part of the remake. Who knows how little of the story it will cover

You didn't I'm simply saying by Valve making a slightly better wheel 7 years into the Switch seems foolish since Nintendo is rounding the bend to make a successor.

Also the reason the Valve Steam Deck will also never see Switch console sells numbers is because ultimately a majority of gamers don't want to dink with PC settings, or PCs in general and like to either buy games on the eShop (the percentage that do this far outweighs physical purchases) or buy a cart and stick it in their system.

New standard? Do you own a bunch of handheld PCs to compare them? Also what's the new standard to make a comically large system, price it super low so that they are incredibly hard to even get a hold of?
