@Rykdrew Mario and Rabbids is Nintendo's fun take on the XCom formula but by no means needs to be as hard as it. I don't want Permadeath for Mario and Friends. That's like comparing Splatoon with Arma. Nintendo games do not need to be harder, or have harder modes. Some games are fun to play through, play the DLC and move on and play something else.
@Not_Soos I think the next Mario Kart game should be called Mario Kart Ultimate and it should launch with everything Deluxe ends with, 32 new tracks and a handful of new characters and kart pieces. Then it should have launch window free dlc for a few months and start to introduce new characters that are either Nintendo or 3rd party game characters and tracks. Then have a huge DLC pass or two where it adds in a ton of tracks, items, kart pieces and characters much like Smash.
@Rykdrew I'm saying the option is already baked in, I personally enjoy 150cc. I just don't understand the want, or need for every game to be hyper challenging. I enjoy a game just being fun every once in a while and leaving the extreme challenge to games like Dark Souls.
@Rykdrew Then play Crash Bandicoot, I don't agree with you on the courses. I think there are plenty of them that have a difficulty spike especially at the higher CCs.
@GuyProsciutto In 9 years I will be playing whatever console Nintendo currently has and could care less to play my older games. Or since they have made moves to having a more robust online offering (than their previous consoles) maybe we will have digital backwards capabilities like the Xbox and Playstation currently have with the Series X/S and PS5
@Rykdrew Yes every game should be intensely challenging, nothing can be a fun breeze anymore, everything must be the "Dark Souls" of its respective genre. People who want to play games for fun with their families can kick rocks.
@SpaceboyScreams That's what every ROM site thought too until Nintendo started shutting them down left and right. Just because you do something that's illegal and immediate action isn't taken doesn't make it less illegal.
I've never been a huge fan of the series, despite playing the entire series, but this one does look really good but I simply don't have the time to invest in playing it, plus I'm looking forward to the Cult of Lamb wayyyy more.
Sega hasn't really rebounded, they have a few successful properties but then others like Sonic are a lead weight tied around their ankle dragging them to the deepest part of the ocean.
Then are worth about $3.6 billion USD, but they have had years recently where they recorded net losses, and even last year they did have profits but they were down from the year prior by a lot
@Captain_Toad I agree with the characters, costumes and karts from Tour need to come on over, even if it was it's own DLC called the Tour Upgrade Package or something, included with NSO/Expansion Pack and $20 for everyone else
I think anyone with the Expansion Pack should have nothing really to complain about, it's more Mario Kart 8 included with their NSO. I for one have enjoyed the first wave tracks and look forward to the second wave
@6thHorizon You want proper textures on a 7 yr old Console that was never really that good at them to begin with? Weird, well never play Breath of the Wild again or it may invoke your disgust for low resolution textures
I can't trade anything in they are all digital from the eShop, but even when i bought games physically I use to just give them away to friends and family when I was done with them. I never felt the need to trade them in for $20 at a Gamestop
@KBuckley27 Nintendo doesn't care, they beat to their own drum and make nonsense decisions all the time so don't try to approach this like a normal business. Nintendo can and will release the new Mario Kart tracks wherever they want
@Gamergirl94 I mean if you want to pick on particular games, why not look at the Nintendo Classic Nintendogs, instead of including all the different breeds on one cartridge then instead split them up on several cartridges. So when you all complain about having to wait for free updates, remember they are improving their ways and are no longer charging you $30-40 per cartridge for a handful of dog breeds.
@Gamergirl94 No I don't, I remember buying a game from Nintendo either being satisfied or not with the amount of content and the game on offer and then going, "Oh well let me move onto my next game I bought", so this whole free update thing is new but you all act like children about it.
@yuwarite I watched the video in full but if they truly believe they are doing nothing wrong then unblur the video, allow Nintendo to take the video down and send LTTs huge legal team after them
@yuwarite I hope Nintendo takes them to court, even the biggest YouTuber will not be able to take on a law team Nintendo will throw at them and it will be hard to prove the techniques shown in their video can't be used to lose Nintendo millions
@solarwolf07 Because Nintendo hasn't taken legal action yet doesn't make them illegal. The emulators by nature are reverse engineering patented software. Nintendo has taken action already against people and sites offering these services and products. They will again, especially with sites like NintendoLife talking about them and mods for their current generation of games.
You can do anything, even illegal things, but eventually you will be caught.
@solarwolf07 You can not legally dump your own games, the hardware required is circumnavigating protection software in place to prevent copying and thus you are breaking the law by reverse engineering a licensed game. Again though you are free to believe in this fantasy if you want but don't cry if your ISP and Nintendo's Lawyers think differently
@yuwarite Yes a random tech YouTuber who does not have a law degree has settled it everyone, have fun when Nintendo's lawyers come knocking and/or your ISP shuts off your internet service
@BoostPower Probably shouldn't play an M Rated game in front of young kids, again the cutscenes clothed or otherwise are still highly sexually suggestive and inappropriate for smaller children. Her butt by no means was ever the reason these games got an M Rating
@BoostPower The nudity in Bayonetta has never been full front or back nudity, it's very suggestive and you see a butt crack but that's about it. I am glad the optional mode exists but I doubt seeing or not seeing the skin is going to make this game less awkward in mixed public. I think the hyper sexualized cut scenes will still get a few raised eyebrows from the prudes.

I don't think many people re-play campaigns in modern games like you think there is. Many never complete them sadly

It can but I don't get mad if Nintendo chooses not to include a hard mode

Pre-ordering on Amazon is such a gamble, they love to randomly cancel pre-orders or ship them late.

I think the inclusion of an entirely new track kind of threw people, but I personally welcome Mushroom Gorge to the mix it's a great track.

What chipset would you need to run these games? Just round up all the old recycled Pixel 1s and strip them for parts, problem solved.
