You won't waste your time on me, but proceeded to @ me and comment to me. Weird. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of great games to play on the Switch and elsewhere, we don't have to bully Nintendo into releasing a game they aren't ready to release yet.

I could die a happy man if microtransactions were completely outlawed from all games that cost any money for the initial purchase. I think developers should be fined heavily and forced to withdraw copies of their game to remove microtransactions in $60/70 Titles.

Nintendo likes to remind us of the character fluff they added into the line up instead of giving it to one of the countless characters missing.

Or you could simply enjoy a game and not obsess about something as silly as the lore of Pokemon

Indies have consistently been my favorite games of the past decade. They feel like they have less interference with making their visions come to life. They aren't worried about how to generate a billion dollars for some conglomerate they simply want to great fun, beautiful art and I respect that.

I think just like Naughty Dog, Sega needs to drop Sonic and let other companies make titles of Sonic if they would like. I think it would be a huge cost savings to Sega to disband the Sonic Team and focus on their more consistent efforts.

Sonic Team's lore builders/writers are some of the cringest human beings on this planet and for this game to take it to new heights it would just have to make even the smallest bit of sense and not have Sonic trying to bag a human woman.

Again I wish people wouldn't get super hyped from this game, Sonic Team has not proven to be hype worthy in 15 years and I don't think making the game bigger is the solution. They can't even make regular sized Sonic games run smoothly or be an overly enjoyable experience. I have the right amount of faith in them pulling this off.

Who confirmed the remake? Nobody? It's all a bunch of unconfirmed rumors and leaks? Yeah I thought so. Again if it comes out great all those people who think they want it will realize it's not as great as they remembered and if it doesn't come out oh well we really didn't need it to anyway

Who said it was a follow up to Forgotten World? That's like saying Mario Golf is a follow up to Odyssey

How about they just port the first two Pikmin games to the mobile phone. Touch screen controls would work just fine for these games. I'm not sure why Nintendo has always got to come up with goofball ideas for their mobile games.

Not obsessed. I played through it twice, waiting for the DLC, and have moved on. I don't buy the newest video game hardware to obsess about a 25 yr old game

Ok but they aren't all licensed games owned by other companies. Golden Eye has almost a zero percent chance of being released on this service. First they would have to get the rights from MGM and/or Amazon, then Rare (who is owned by Microsoft). What a chore for a game that people remember fondly but in all honestly plays terribly

Then find another company, Nintendo loves making game for the whole family. Edge Lords have the PS5, Xbox Series X and PC to play all their Souls games.

The second 3D mario game you are alluding to is a Wii U re-release with 4 hour DLC, I could see them pulling a galaxy 2 swansong near the end of the Switches life cycle

I think a Nintendo F2P Battle Royale game would be interesting. Have the map be multiple Nintendo IPs smashed together and each character running around could be a different Nintendo Character. The weapons would again be a ton of stuff across all the IPs and you could even get vehicles too. Sorry this was kinda random but I think Nintendo should look into an idea like this.

I think this series of games has a very lazy, mobile phone f2p art style. The lack of animation and detail in general has steered me away from the series. Brace Yourself Games, with Crypt of the Necodancer and Candence of Hyrule have really cemented my preferred rhythm games.

Nothing against sites like Nintendo Life, but sites like this, and others, and all the Nintendo news based Youtubers need to constantly stir the pot to get clicks and views. So even the smallest sliver of news is treated like some huge leak to drum up business.

I think they learned their lesson when they handed the Retro made series Metroid Prime to another studio. So if Retro is too busy then we will have to wait for a new DK game

Also I would much rather see Mario, or Sonic get a Cadence of Hyrule type of game instead of this series.

I'd rather just listen to the soundtracks from these series and play a proper rhythm game, then shoehorn the mechanic onto a franchise I care about.

I think the Odyssey Team has a much better chance of reusing the engine and assets for Odyssey to either make a big story/multiplayer DLC for Odyssey or puling a Galaxy move and simply making Odyssey 2 on the Switch.

I think a really cool idea if the next game took place in or at least had a good size section in a New Donk City type of environment. The Urban Jungle would be a neat change of scenery and it would be a nice homage to DK's original title.

What didn't you like about them? To me they played just like the Country series. Instead of when I died it was due to my own errors and not due to the stiff controls.
