@Tanooki12 Probably. Nintendo only sends their ninja lawyers out in case of one of the fallowing:

A: Making an unauthorized version of one of their series using elements that will damage Nintendo's reputation (Pokemon Fusion is a prime example)
B: Using one of their franchises in a fan game and selling it for profit.(As long as there is no profit to be made, fan games are allowed)
C: This is optional as remakes that no one profits from is allowed, but once Nintendo decides to do a remake, then they need to be pulled.

@Urameshi Even though Super Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2 & ARMS have been announced, there's very little we actually know about the games. Sure we know of the fighters in ARMS, but how do we know if that is it? We still don't have a spoiler-free look at Super Mario Odyssey's backstory. We don't know what threat the Inklings are facing in Splatoon 2, if it's even the Octo Army or an entirely new threat. And Nintendo has a focus on games that are coming THIS year and early 2018, not games coming out in late 2018-2019. That means more info on the 2 Fire Emblem games they confirmed at the Switch presentation(I know we already got some info earlier this week for Fire Emblem Warriors, but those were characters and not backstory). And there might be word on Breath of the Wild's major story DLC(Due out in winter this year).

There's only one question I got. Are we sure the list is final? If it isn't then there's option A, B or C.

A: More will be revealed before the game launches.

B: More animals are in the game, just the player has to unlock them.

C: More animals will be included as DLC. And if Option B is true, then you can unlock them right away by buying them instead of going through the game.

Re: Surprise, Nintendo Isn't Hosting An E3 Press Conference This Year

If it ain't broke. Nintendo does better with Digital Events than live stage shows.
The pros: They can be pre-recorded. No worrying about mishaps such as controller getting disconnected or the battery running dead in the middle of a presentation. No interference from other devices during the presentation. No annoying commentary or terrible live action gameplay that doesn't synch with the video being shown.

The only con is it depends on the viewers internet connection.

@Peach64
This is not the same. Remote play requires the Vita & PS4 to have the same game on both for that to work.

@Alshain01
Yet it didn't seem to stop them from trying to make the Move & Kinect when the Wii took off. Infact, Sony is trying to get mileage out of the Move by having 2 be used with Playstation VR & Microsoft is sticking with Smartglass as a second screen.

@Hotfusion
Don't judge until we get the full tech report on the Switch.
