If you really want to compare the 2, compare the New 3DS versions because comparing the Wii U's Hyrule Warriors and the Switch's Fire Emblem Warriors is like comparing a candle to a light bulb.
Best of luck to them. The problems the Virtual Boy had were greatly exaggerated and due to people not heeding the advice of taking a break after an hour of play.
@manu0 Calling bull on that. A Root Beer Float(Root Beer poured over a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and stirred) is just what Doctor Mario ordered for a long summer day.
@Tempestryke Your forgetting that DK started it by kidnapping Pauline, trashing an entire building to prevent someone from rescuing her, and lastly tossing barrels with the intent to kill.
@outsider83 They have proven that they have no qualms about killing animals. Many of the animals they 'save'(steal) gets put down no less than an hour later, even if the animal is in excellent condition and adoptable. There was one recent case where they stole a dog that was only a year old, in broad daylight and right off the family's poorch, and put her down within an hour. The saddest part, that puppy was a little girl's christmas present.
@Franklin It's still in-game content, and not many want to know what's in the game just to keep it a surprise when they discover it for themselves. So, yeah, it's still a spoiler no matter how many hairs you want to split.
So far we got Shadow Dragon, Shadows of Valencia, Blazing Sword, Awakening & Fates characters. We're still missing characters from the following: Genealogy of the Holy War, Thracia 776, Binding Blade, Sacred Stones, Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn.
People seem to forget when Mario was in the original Donkey Kong, the slightest fall, no matter how high, would kill him. Mario has been doing alot of cardio ever since and as everyone here can see, the results speak for itself.
@Lina-MG You do realize he has been with the Metroid series since its inception in 1986. The only games in the series he had no input on were the original Metroid 2 & the Prime series.
@GameLan Comics don't count. Some people didn't like Sonic Mania, called it 'too retro'. And look at the negative comments on the upcoming Sonic Forces, not to mention the hate Sonic Boom got when Sonic Team tried to do something new.
@GameOtaku Sega did that with Sonic and look how well THAT turned out... Fact is: You can't trust the American fanbase to know WHAT it wants. One minute they want something new, the next they want it classic.
@Nintendoforlife All Minecraft blocks and posts are the same shape, Lego's on the other hand have many different block types and sizes, some have circular shapes you'll never see in Minecraft outside of a mod.
See EA, if you put some effort into making a game for Nintendo, instead of making a half-assed port as usual, it'll be positively received. All Nintendo fans asked is not to be treated like an afterthought.
Frankly, I'm just glad Nintendo is getting a numbered Final Fantasy that isn't an updated port of one that it already had. The last numbered FF game on Nintendo was 6, and that was years ago.
Those complaining this is only being held in the US: I recall every other gaming 'World' championship qualifications and finals being held in South Korea.
@HFish12 This has one advantage over the SNES Classic. With the SNES Classic, you only get a limited number of games picked out by Nintendo. With this, any SNES game you got can be played.
@Shugo I doubt they'll hold another event in US due to the initial backlash they got a few days ago. Some are even filing lawsuits for something Niantic had no control over.
@thesilverbrick Actually, it is very relevant. The difference between fighting an Alpha and a Gamma is how many missiles you have. (Just incase you didn't know, Alpha's take less missiles to kill than a Gamma does.) And I get the feeling they'll change where and when you encounter the Metroids such as adding a new area to explore, as is the usual case of remakes so knowledge of the old game's layout might not be as helpful as it once was. Knowing what Metroid type is where can help the player avoid the more dangerous fights until they're either better equipped with more health and missile upgrades or they are fully healed and reloaded.
I wonder about the Metroid Marker. Does it include what TYPE of Metroid is near and if its close to evolving? Because I don't want to go running in expecting to fight an Alpha Metroid and then I wind up seeing it evolve into a Gamma Metroid instead.
This always happens. No problem delaying a Nintendo version to work on on ports for the other systems. But when it's the other way around, the Nintendo verison gets put on the back burner.
He really should of done his research before shooting off his mouth. All he accomplished was not only making himself look foolish, but also exposed his biased against Nintendo.
Sony & Microsoft fanboys also owe a thank-you to Nintendo. If Nintendo wasn't around, Sony would of never jumped into the console business. Microsoft would of seen Sega as having a monopoly on the industry and thus stayed exclusively to computer manufacturing. And Sega would of driven the business into the ground like what happened with Atari.
@Equinox Not a good idea. Unless there's a good reason to delay(Like say they found a game-breaking glitch), delaying for superficial reasons like 'build up stock' would just kill any hype the game has built up. Sure there would be more than enough copies, problem would be is no one is buying them because the hype died.
@rjejr Forgetting one important factor to your 'math'. How long said systems have been out.
PlayStation 4 release date: February 22, 2014 Xbox One release date: November 22, 2013 Nintendo Switch release date: March 3, 2017
So your numbers argument wouldn't a be a fair comparison as the Switch is only 4 months old, whereas the Xbone is 4 years old and the PS4 is 3 years old. Naturally the consoles that have been out longer would have a higher base than a system that hasn't even seen its first year anniversary.

Re: Rumour: Keymailer Lists Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for the Switch
If this did make it to the Switch, I would buy it to show my support.
Re: Soapbox: Breath Of The Wild Is Amazing, But Is It The 3D Zelda That Enthusiasts Expected?
The only complaint I have is you can't turn off the motion controls. Other than that, the game has been a major blast.

Re: Minecraft On Switch Will Also Get The Super Duper Graphics Pack
@gortsi Sony's refusal to allow cross-platform for Minecraft is the reason why this pack is not coming to PS4, hence the use of the term 'low blow'.

And another low blow to PS4 owners. Now they know how Nintendo fans feel when they miss out on DLC, including if they are free.
