I love VR. My Rift is easily one of my favorite ways to play .

I am hoping the next switch can be converted into a VR headset. I feel like the joycon could be a match for the touch controllers. They seem like a very good fit for vr.

I'm glad some of you are really enjoying this and getting something out of it.

But i must say, after watching some videos, if you guys really want to use video games as a means of exercise (i do too), please look into getting a vr headset. Beat Saber on PC is the ultimate for that. Box VR is pretty good too, among a few others.

Is local multiplayer on switch going to be split screen if everyone has their own switch? I saw a pic of 4 people playing Mario kart, each with their own switch, and each screen was split screen

I'm hoping for an Eternal Darkness spiritual successor. Or even Geist...

I love everything they did the past few generations, and Tropical Freeze is one of the greatest games ever... But i want something dark and "mature" from them this time.

Edit: just read the Raven Blade comment above mine... Yup. That would be great news to me.

Usually i think you are just grumpy, but man, i agree with you on this one. I changed each section to List, and that helps. Did you try that out?
It's OK on mobile...seems a bit "off", but can't quite place my finger on it...i guess i just don't like the change.

And no guys, i am not someone who is opposed to change just because it is different. This new site layout is just not easy on the eyes.

With all that said, congrats on the new site layout NintendoLife. I may not be all for it, but i am happy for you guys if this is what you wanted.

I'm sure it will work with this thing as it is essentially a Pro controller. I have one btw, and love it. I use the Pro controller for most of my pc gaming.
Pro controller has become my favorite controller I've ever used...before that, it was the gamecube controller.

@sketchturner I emailed them and they responded already. They said the minimap will default to "off" and can be turned "on" in the Pause screen. Not quite sure how that will work with online. Maybe the game will just remember if you turned it on in single player when you go online.

I love this game, but i agree with above about the online being buggy.
I'm going to write them and ask for the minimap to be toggled. I actually don't want it! The smaller and less things on a HUD, the better.

My only question is...why the heck wouldn't you keep Nintendo the same color in the second graph as it was in the first graph!?

Looking forward to it, but the total points and damage that appears on the gamepad looks ridiculous.

You're really going to give that much of a hard time over this? He told you how he came up with the graphic at the top of the page, he took the top results of polls he came across from several website polls, and those were the favorites of the fans that voted in those polls.

I don't think he implied at all that his image was a reflection of every single person who voted ever. How is that so difficult to grasp?

I like the idea by the way, of it being a last hoorah for Club Nintendo. No coins needed to be spent to get one, you get the gold if you hit gold status, you get the platinum if you hit platinum status.

Do you ever replay games? Do you ever rewatch movies? Do you ever spend money at a restaurant on the same meal you had in the past?
Ok the last one is kind of a stretch, but the point is, there are plenty of things in life that i want to experience "multiple times". Yes i own the gold cartidge of Majora's Mask for the 64, but i don't own a 64 anymore. I will gladly spend my money on an experience i would love to relive, on my portable 3DS with enhancements that make it more appealing to me than the original.

I am just blown away by how many gamers don't care about having the map and inventory/menu management on a second screen and not having to pause and step out of the game.

I would take that over stronger hardware any day.
