@porto eh say what you will but what the golf is fun imo. I can see the argument though! Graphics have never bothered me, so neither does what the golf. I find it charming how the game does all kinds of weird stuff, it makes a more interesting experience. But if ya want just golf, that's no crime. Golf games are awesome, and i can get how this game can seem deceitful in that way.

@Snatcher its neither an apt or sensitive way of putting it on fazer's part, but you'd be surprised about how people can be mad about getting exactly what they want. I get this idea that it should have already worked, but it didn't. This is the best course of action, I don't get how them fixing mistakes is a bad thing! Also, to be clear, these are statements NOT directed at you. I've just been reading through the comments, seeing people complain and I've been a little miffed seeing that, as they would have been mad either way over videogames. VIDEOGAMES. @Gwynbleidd i mean it makes sense why most people dont want it, it really only appeals to people who want to play old nintendo games who only have a switch.. if you don't have a wii u or 3ds and love genesis/n64 games, then the expansion pass works for people. id prefer to own the games, but i really can settle either way. but hey, whatever works for you works for you!

@iNintendo yeah, ik. I would have just thought nintendo would UTILISE their immense popularity and nostalgia. Granted, i was pretty angry at the time and a lot less frustrated now. I'd understand like banning direct ports of their games, but them embracing fans would be AWESOME! It'd do a lot for them publicity-wise and being a nintendo fan would be a lot less controversial. That's my take at least.

@Lemonyoshi not everyone can be successful! there's a lot of hard-work ethics needed, prejudice, and plain old luck involved. Sure, you're successful, but not everyone gets dealt a lucky hand in life. Plus, jealousy is an extremely human emotion. It's not wrong to be jealous (of course it's at the detriment of others or said person is being greedy). Plus plus, none of this is meant to be mean or degrading, just giving my opinion on the whole matter.

Their most dedicated fans suffer for being fans, which is bs. If they had like an official way to listen to all their music, these copyright strikes would make sense. while its legally nintendo's right to do this, i dont care. this sucks, god forbid nintendo makes good publicity for itself. But a day will come where nintendo stops all this bs when the majority of the company isnt controlled by outdated outlooks and just idiots. @earthinheritor Im not so sure thats true. Yeah, if you only play big-name games youre gonna be dissapointed b/c its nintendo we're talking here. All games are sold equally but arent equal. But so many cute, fun little indie experiences always go on sale. Im sure if you branced out a little more, youd find something awesome! @kingbk Dekudeals is the way to go, pretty good site. Shows sales not just on eshop, but on all other platforms to (target, walmart, gamestop, ect). So you can find 1st party nintendo games half off on a daily basis. Like botw and odyessy 1st party. Its really cool.

@IronMan30 dont you think that perhaps your reaction is a little overkill? While the steamdeck may be not made my nintendo, its still a competitor, making it related (by extension). Listen man, ik youre gonna want to retort to this, but this isnt meant to be an argument starter. I just see people say stuff like that so often, that it becomes a little disheartening. Videogames are supposed to be FUN, so arguments about videogame articles not talking about what you expected is a little ironic in the grand scheme of things. Have a nice day!

i think youre all forgetting who reggie is, hes REGGIE! Since when do people hate reggie? I dont think its fair to judge someone youve never met by things they havent done. to be fair, you should never trust someone you dont know or act like company heads are your friends. But I think that he's a pretty cool dude, and there's really nothing he's been known to do that says otherwise.

@Don Everyone lives differently! A phone is more useful than a switch, and streaming services are, at a quick glance, much cheaper, easier, and better than buying a switch. Also, the solutions you gave are a little half-baked. What are you supposed to do, divorce your wife and abandon your kids to play nintendo? Just because we have the privilege to play video games doesn't mean everyone does. It's not as easy as just saying "get a job" to someone with a low paying job or no job at all. i actually met a guy at my school who's dad works at nintendo and had him over as a guest for our school's smash club. he's like the 2nd in command for NOA and teased a sakurai smash trailer going over the moves of who i think was terry. Im actually not kidding it was awesome
