@somebread its just kind of a contradiction. Also the intent didnt seem to educate, but to create argument. just kinda a little suspicious (getoutofmyheadgetoutofmyheadgetoutofmyhead) in nature. But i sincerely doubt it was meant to be that way, I can hear it in the way i said previously or from the perspective of a person tired with the world's problems, which I can 100% understand. It seems everybody is valid in one way or another here!

@Zebetite i think making about rowling is the problem. I wasnt even thinking about her, i was thinking about the new harry potter game! Obviously, we should be vocal about issues. But making something like this about her just gives her another platform to be relevant on. We win when she loses all relevancy, but to do that we gotta let the flame die out to an extent. And killing her work just isnt feasible, because HP is an IP giant. Its all about those angles you look at a problem from!

looks cool, love the sprite work, but would have loved something that felt a bit more distinct from pokemon. It's 100% ok for it to be similar or greatly inspired, but i feel like this game is missing that one thing that really sets it apart. At least what ive seen from the trailers, this is true. I'm sure it'll still be good though. The fans tend to know what's fun and whats not when it comes to games like this, and the devs are obviously pokemon fans. If any of the devs read this, I wish you the best with launch!

i had an idea just like this, except it's a plastic thing that clips on the sides of the switch that allows joycons to connect. Then it creates the illusion of 2 screens to play ds games.

@Matty1988 it didnt sell well at the time because of the ps2's backwards compatibility and movie dvd support, but the gamecube is awesome. Im not even biased, i didn't grow up with it. Its just so cooooooollll

@ShadowofTwilight22 the question is how, sega hasn't really been super prominent in recent memory. I mean there was a few games, but not enough to invalidate metroid dread, bowser's fury, warioware, MP superstars, ect. It just don't add up!

@Troll_Decimator thats a little uncalled for! I think it was meant to be a passion project over something that would actually sell well. Look at a game like oddity, which has been in the works for literally 15 years, but it'll still be free when it comes out. They probably put it on the 3ds because they liked the 3ds (and to be honest, i have an extremely soft spot for the system).

@ThisisJosh i totally agree that the old formula is stale, but im kinda loving Black 2 and white 2 rn. Something about the games is so charming that it just kind of negates the blandness of the series. I highly recommend to give them a try (yo-ho-ho, sail the seven seas, old pokemon games are expensive, ect. ect.)

this is so cool to see, nintendo is kicking ass this year. i know this doesn't seem like much, but demos for huge upcoming games? Awesome! A shadow-drop update that gives us missions and rewards? AWESOME! At least 2 big games coming the next 2 months and even more stuff coming at the end of the year? AAAWWESOOOMEEE! I really have faith that this year is nintendo's, just wait and see.

@blindsquarel our schedules are almost the same, as I'm gonna get all of those and I get the MK8DX dlc with my NSO+ sub, but I was gonna buy it anyways so it works out in the end. Can't wait for Lego star wars tho, so hyped!

i love when nintendo fans are given what they wanted they still are unhappy. Give it time guys, give it time. This literally just got shadow-dropped yesterday, what'll come next without our knowledge? backgrounds? badge arcade? Who knows? This is pretty huge to just get shadow-dropped like it did, so i believe that any of the above can happen at this point. Guys, ik there's a lot of ***** sides to this whole thing, but that stuff already happened. Can't change the past, might as well embrace the future.
