Well, it has been an almost good year, filled with worse press than it really deserved, but the great titles are finally starting to come. Now, hopefully the next year will be better.

Currently the WiiU is laughing at the "so you said that our system was crap and you got... That?" From PS4 and XBone. That and the arrival of the big hits to the console is reflecting on the increase of sales.

@Cohort Yes it does, but its a pain in the cheeks to go all over the settings messing with the configuration. It's more simple to hook the laptop on the TV (and it is also boring to do).

@dizzy_boy how much cost could it add? It's not like it would need additional hardware. The problem is that I have a huge collection of DVDs, and it would be more a practical thing rather that economical thing.

@Cohort now imagine the Latin american Netflix. (hint: it is pretty terrible) Even with such an excellent price, it's a waste of money paying $6 ~ $7 for a bunch of soap operas, terrible movies and movies that I already own. -_-

@tchaten well I'm not asking for a console that could even wash the dishes (but actually that would be awesome) I'm just asking for the posibility to pop in a DVD and play it. It's not trying to turn the console into a media center, just the possibility of playing back a DVD, I know that i'm not asking too much, right?

Actually that is something that has pissed me off about Nintendo consoles, their inability to reproduce any movie on DVD/USB. Why? I don't want/need Netflix, I want to use my own media!

having remastered this game, I would think that remastering Mega Man over the same engine and maybe with a similar graphical treatment would be reasonably easy.

All of this started with the guy who modded the Zelda I ROM to make Zelda playable.
A Zelda game could work also like they did with Super Luigi U, a DLC for the game.

Now, a better option would be a game with Ganon as the main playable character.

We all know what happened the last time someome came with that idea.

Either way, a game playable with either Zelda or Link with different but entwined story arcs would be a strong option, and would ensure the need to play it twice.

It's pointless to download Wii games, they should offer WiiU VC by now

It should've always been a nintendo exclusive. For me it's stupid to publish a second game on a system without releasing the first one (just like Batman Arkham City without Asylum on Wii U)

A Modern-day Zelda sounds fantastic, something like Link being lured to a trap by Ganon, or a misfired spell, so Link ends up in the Modern day and has to find its way back to Hyrule. Or something like the two dimensions fusing (but that sounds pretty similar to Twilight Princess).

Anyway, sounds nice.

it's a shame, so much potential wasted. You could unlock stages on both consoles by having the other version (ex. the nintendogs stage on 3DS), extra characters, prizes, etc. Something like Injustice on iOS & Playstation.

It wouldn't be a problem if Nintendo got 100% revenue of the sales and required a Nintendo ID (tied to a Nintendo console) to play the game
