@DevinRex No. There is NOT a "care" or "should". And it doesn't go "some of them and leave out others because we're too lazy to include every monster". This isn't about "laziness". It never was. I am sick and tired of you people demonizing Game Freak/The Pokemon Company and blowing things out of proportion just because you didn't get what you wanted. They don't have to do what the community wants, because they're not your slaves. They're a corporate entity that isn't obligated to kiss up to you.

@DevinRex There is no "should', and it's not about Game Freak "caring". The National Pokedex was never going to stay in the series, whether Game Freak cared or not. It just wasn't going to happen.

@DevinRex Well, then Regidrago and Regieleki were introduced as part of the Legendary Titans, no one seemed to have a problem with it.
And the game never "needed" a Jynx evolution. Maybe it would be nice, but I don't think it's something the game "needs".

It was a glorious run while it lasted. I'll never give up on my old systems.

@DevinRex I don't know why you say "yet another" when we've been introduced to the original three over a decade ago. It's not like we keep getting more and more genies every generation.

@DevinRex How? There were only three that were introduced over a decade ago before Enamorus.

I think Ursaluna, Kleavor and Hisuian Goodra have a lot of things going for them. Hisuian Avalugg, on the other hand, will most likely give many Trainers trouble.

@Sdelintwouters Pokemon Legends: Arceus doesn't have Pokemon like that. At least, none so far.

I do hope they keep the Linking Cord in future games. Trading was never fun for me.

It doesn't look perfect by any means, but it does look beautiful.

Since Pokemon has always been a family-friendly franchise, I think it's safe to say that The Pokemon Company wants to keep it that way.

If the guys at Rare are happy about the game coming to the Switch, then that sounds like a good sign.

Well, it's certainly nice to know that the service is being tweaked a bit.

Now all I have to do is gain enough money to purchase the Expansion Pack so I can play this.

I knew it was only a matter of time. We just had to be patient.
Now hopefully we don't run into any glitches...

I'll purchase this whenever I can. I don't think I've been this impressed with a Kirby game since Star Allies.

@mariomaster96 I wouldn't say they're "just gifted" to you if you have to do something to get them. Besides, not all Shinies can be found on your own. Many Legendaries/Mythicals are Shiny-locked.

@moodycat Sword and Shield ARE "actually" good games.

I love how The Pokemon Company is branching into various animation styles.

Apart from a bit of fuzziness, it looks pretty good!

While I don't always agree with the decisions that the Pokemon studio makes, I do appreciate the staff being open about the difficulties and complications of what's going on behind the scenes.

@HorridCrow I wasn't. I was referring to another person who blocked me. And please don't say "get some glasses". Eyesight doesn't have anything to do with this. If it really did look like a 3DS game (which it doesn't), it would look a lot more pixely. It's not about "caring". It never was. Some people aren't bothered by the problems as much, which is where the sales come from. Others are completely put off by the problems or price, and the games don't get money from those people.

@HorridCrow "Travesties of epic proportions"? No. The recent Pokemon games haven't been that. And no, Legends: Arceus does NOT look worse than some indie games. It looks FINE. Besides, you could be a small indie company and still make lots of money. Whether you like these games or not, they are not nearly as poorly-made as you make them out to be. Trust me when I say they could've been much, MUCH worse.
And to respond to Rhaoulos, harassing or pestering people was never my intention. I just want to let them know if I feel like they're being unfair or unreasonable. And they're not very negotiable. This is my last word on this, so please don't bother to answer.

@iLikeUrAttitude I would appreciate if you told me not to "get over it". That's quite rude. And I'm not "fixated" on anything, nor am I trying to act overly defensive. I know I haven't played the game yet. But I'm going to. I'm just saying that I don't think it's fair to judge a game without actually seeing if you like it or not.
But fine. Do what you want. Just don't be disrespectful about it.

@BriskSunrise It's not about "nobody cares because it's Pokemon". It's not that "it's Pokemon". It's that maybe whatever issues the game has won't bother everyone. Then again it may not be everyone's cup of tea either.

@Rhaoulos I'm not a "salesguy". I wouldn't be here if I was. And I never said "invest time and money". I said that people should give it an honest try and see if they like it instead of taking other people's word for it. If they can afford it, of course.

@iLikeUrAttitude Well, I find that sad. You're not willing to give the game an honest try for yourself, experience it and see if you like it before judging it.

I'm not "pretending" that's all they care about either. Obviously it isn't. But it's the top thing that people have been complaining about recently.
To say that this industry has "more money than anyone else on the planet" is dubious at best. Because whether we like these decisions or not, the reality is that none of us know that for sure. These games do not look "cheap and lazy". I know cheap and lazy when I see it. Whether you like these games or not, they all take a lot of time and passion to make.

@Yorumi Color and voice-acting are two different completely things. And you WOULD be losing something without color. It just looks better and more pleasing to the eye. And not everyone wants voice-acting anyway. And I'm not making any "excuses". It's not about "excuses". It never was. It's NOT a fact that it's "cheap and lazy". It's just one little thing. Voice-acting really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. if this game really looks "cheap and lazy" just because it doesn't have one thing you want, then I don't know what to tell you.

@Preposterous Well, the thing is that Animal Crossing's silly gibberish language has been a thing since the beginning. The core Pokemon games never had voice-acting. It's not like anything's been taken away from the Pokemon games here. Voice-acting doesn't HAVE to be an industry standard.
