I heard about the Fruitopia legal case when the greek author Eugenios Trivizas sued Coca cola company why they used his comic book title for a soft drink name. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fruitopia
@syrupdash Or the Monstercat record label. It reminds me of the King controversy about the words "candy" and "saga" which sagas are scandinavian folk tales. Why does a famous brand trademark ordinary words?
How many Cyberpunk indie games have been out here lately on Nintendo Switch before Cyberpunk 2077? I wish when the game releases, this trend to fade away.
They are one of the slowest companies out there when it comes to online services. We are waiting a proper online for 2 years with all the classics, online connection problems and lags are observed in Nintendo games, there isn't a decent way to spend the silver and gold coins in games and lack of apps. I don't know what's going on, but they understand better the Japanese audience than the westerners. They even don't help the fans to develope tools and games.
I also heard there are available Kinder eggs with Super Mario toys. I can't wait to see more mario themed merchandise with the same treatment as Pokemon.
Honestly, 2-3 games from my predictions confirmed in this direct and I enjoyed it as I mentioned in a previous article before. Recently, I noticed the improvment in terms of quality and the variety of indie games from nostalgic pixel games to clever and innovative titles in the last directs and it makes me happy the fact than Nintendo Switch collects and supports the best indie diamonds available. Only downside for me, that Ori inspired game.
The games I want to show in this nindies show: *All the rest of Annapurna Interactive stuff like Outer Wilds and artful escape *The last two Supergiant games, Pyre and Hades *An amateur surgeon game tailored for Nintendo Switch *Everything Nitrome shows up *Hypnospace outlaw, why it should be a great idea to include the option to connect your keyboard and mouse or touchscreen. *Sky, children of the light *All the rest of Cyan games like Myst *Crossover game with Nintendo character *Updates for upcoming games like Silksong
