I tried playing the original jsr on steam but the controls absolutely killed it for me though I loved everything else about it. I’ll probably try future and then this game
@Miu and your evidence for that is? I know it sounds logical but there’s been studies proving what I said. For example, the EU spent $430000 on how piracy affects media sales and for games it doesn’t hurt them and in some cases actually helps sales
@Deepdoop fun fact: not everyone has an Xbox and wants to buy one for a single game. You can’t blame the consumers for just wanting to play a game on what they have
Disgusting how these games sell well but most of those sales are from parents buying them as a gift for their kid. The worst part is that gamefreak doesn’t even want to fix any issues with the game. At least other AAA dumpster fires like cyberpunk and Jedi survivor got fixed and now are decent titles
Interesting, if they get restocked in the west I might pick one up cause my dog destroyed the sticks and triggers on my spice orange so I had to buy new parts but it’s felt a little off since I got it
@MythTgr sadly we can’t inject games into Mario all stars or pikmin since only the graphics of the games are emulated and the rest is ported. Also even on a modded switch, most gamecube games can’t run at full speed even if the switch is fully overclocked
Guys actually read the their blog post before you comment, even if they remove the key they still have to get permission from Nintendo to release it on steam according to valve. But this isn’t really a big deal cause they said they would implement the steam features they worked on into the normal dolphin build
Hopefully p3r looks and runs good like Catherine cause p5r was pretty blurry with bad audio. I’ll probably just pick it up on gamepass though cause it seems like a lazy cash grab
@Kawaiipikachu I guess you didn’t see when I commented and when the article was updated. Also Nintendo probably didn’t even know about the copyrighted code because valve actually reached out to Nintendo to ask if it was ok for dolphin to be on steam and obviously Nintendo said no
I give it a 5 cause it’s alright, the game isn’t giving me any motivation to play past 4 hours of it. It just feels like an average strategy game for $60 and looks pretty. And don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate tactics games like this, into the breach is one of my favorite indie games of all time. Some old gba games just aren’t doing it for me

Re: Poll: Mario & Sonic Face Off On Switch This October - Whose Corner Are You In?
Sonic is a consistently bad franchise where the only good modern game wasn’t even created by sonic team (mania) so I don’t have any hope

Re: Denuvo's 'Switch Emulator Protection' Is Now Available Via Nintendo's Official Dev Portal
Fun fact: piracy doesn’t lead to lost sales, they’re fear mongering devs to pay for their ***** and then give their games worse performance

Re: Talking Point: Would A Third Wave Of Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC Have Been Too Much?
Would’ve kept the game alive so the community wouldn’t be in the horrible state it’s in

I remember it was a challenge in ultimate nes remix for the 3ds to get to minus world and i did it
Re: Gorgeous Metroidvania 'Haiku The Robot' Is Getting A Physical Release
@Thomystic it’s way more like hollow knight though. Many mechanics are ripped straight from it but it’s still a great little game
Re: Poll: What's Your Game Of The Year Of 2023 So Far?
Not on switch but pizza tower

@Tharsman I believe they made a wireless n64 controller with retrobit a long time ago but it’s hard to find

Re: Dolphin Emulator Steam Release "Indefinitely Postponed"
This makes absolutely no sense since emulators aren’t illegal but then again it’s Nintendo
Re: Random: Modders Build World's Smallest GameCube Using Authentic Nintendo Hardware
@RetroGames fpga GameCubes don’t exist sadly
Re: Random: Modders Build World's Smallest GameCube Using Authentic Nintendo Hardware
@nocdaes you play the games off usb
Re: Mortal Kombat 1's DLC Roster Might Have Already Been Leaked
@Vyacheslav333 I mean it’s a niche genre that doesn’t get great switch support, kinda expected
Re: Nintendo Expands Switch Online's GBA Library With Three Super Mario Games
Who cares, I can go play these on almost anything

Re: Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom's Switch eShop Price Is $70 USD
Didn’t like the original so this definitely removes any chance of me buying it if it’s true
