@Jessica286 Super Mario Odyssey would probably compete for 2019 GotY since it will release in December. XCX was ineligble for 2015 GotY because it was released in November of that year.

@Timppis that's a good move. I have quickly lost interest for the game after beating Ganon. But that was after playing the game for almost 150 hours.

I wish this was also on 3DS. This would look awesome in stereo 3D.

Bayonetta 1 & 2 on one cartridge for Switch would be awesome.

@Aurumonado That is just awful for them to do that. I have a Wii U and would like to play that game on it but not anymore. Screw them.

@Nintendian That's your main concern for the game? It should be runnng at 60fps? F*ck the frame rate. As long as it is in stereo 3D and no major slow downs and some other game-breaking bug, it should be ok. The game looks awesome. looking forward to it, @Abylight.

If it is that large, it should have a retail version. Downloading a file that big would be a nightmare for me since my internet connection sucks.

@NEStalgia Yep. The glassless 3D technology on 3DS still astonishes me to this day. And I think it has been improved a lot on the New 3DS (XL) with its super stable 3D. It is always on for me. It sucks to be those who don't like it.

I love the stereo 3D and it's the #1 reason why I bought the original 3DS in the first place. I don't really care about this New 2DS XL because I have the New 3DS XL. It looks very good though. But i hope the stereo 3D visuals don't get dropped from the new 3DS games because it's like betraying the millions like me who want the experience of seeing the games a differently.

Still not a compelling reason for me to buy a Switch. I have the original game on my Wii U. If I want a quick fix for a race, it's still more than adequate.

I hope the new 3DS games will be in stereo 3D.

Since there is really no significant differences between the 2 versions, I'm sticking to the Wii U version. I don't really care about the new battle modes.

Damn, lots of whiners here... E3 is just around the corner, guys. Nintendo is of course saving the best for last. If they still don't show much in E3, then that's the time to get worried.

@Alshain01 You tagged me first, though. Anyway, this is an awesome game. I might buy it again on the Switch to play the DLCs.

Wow, such a harsh rating. I'd give a 7/10. I'm playing it now and I think it's pretty good. I have not played any of the Mario sports game before, though. But I'm enjoying it. I like the soccer, tennis, and horse racing games. Golf is ok, though I'm not really into it. Baseball is also good, but I kinda suck at batting. Overall, this is a solid, 5-in-1 game.

@Alshain01 ADDING a feature is not the same, and not as bad, as REMOVING one. It's not that they want Switch version to be superior to that on Wii U, but they wanted the Wii U version to be not superior to that on Switch.

@Alshain01 Actually, playing the game sucks a bit because Wii U has a gamepad and it is expected to have additional functionalities on that that was removed. The two Zelda games released on Wii U (Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD) have the full gamepad functionalities, it's just asinine for Nintendo to remove them on BotW unless they have a hidden agenda behind it.

@Alshain01 They are lying haha. They did it so that the game will sell more on the Switch than on Wii U. The gamepad functionalities were present until E3 last year. They could easily patch it back in.

@Alshain01 No, they removed those features because they don't want the Switch version to be inferior to the Wii U version. Which would definitely be the case if they didn't do that.

@mateq my same sentiment. I miss the old Hyrule Field theme or the main theme playing when Link in a vast open field. The minimalist soundtrack is my one big complaint on the super awesome game.

I've been playing this game for more than 110 hours on my Wii U. It's so good! I hope the gamepad functionality that was removed will be patched back into the game in the future.

People getting so worked up for some frame rate drops. When have we become such spoiled brats? The game is great! I played the Wii U version last night for 6 solid hours straight and I have no issues with it. To hell with frame rate drops!

Good thing I haven't bought it from eShop yet haha. I will definitely buy this. I hope it become available here where I am.
