Even though I already own half the games on Wiiware, Im going for Complete because of the difficulty levels. Maybe then I'll be able to get past the second level of Beat with just one remote.

@Ryno: The Guardian Legend is a Compile game so the company who put Zanac (also a Compile game) on the VC could put The Guardian Legend on the VC. As for Legacy of the Wizard, that one's a Falcom game so they could put that one on. Not sure about Deadly Towers though.

@superlink: No way. I hate the original Zelda. As for the sequel, I guess I'm kinda interested in it.

Not bad, but not great either. The only one's I'm looking forward too are Super Mario Bros., Wrecking Crew and Balloon Fight.

@TheDarkness: It's a puzzle game. It's not bad, but it gets boring really fast and makes you wish you were playing a better puzzle game like Tetris or Dr. Mario.

Pretty disappointed there's no Punch-Out!! but Wrecking Crew's good enough.

I you want a good Nintendo fighter I would suggest Joy Mech Fight. The only problem is that it's in Japanese but it's still playable even if you don't know it. Hopefully Nintendo'll release that one overseas sooner or later.

As for the review, the score is exactly what I was expecting. The VC version got 2 stars and the reviewer threw on an extra star because of the cool 3D effect. I'm so glad Twinbee is the next game. Much better than this garbage.

Super Mario World for me. It's platforming perfection. My other favorites are Super Mario RPG, Super Castlevania IV and Chrono Trigger. The SNES had such a fantastic library.

Definitely the best console of all time. Had a ton of fantastic games along with great graphics and an excellent sound chip (although some games like Ys III sound much better on the Genesis) too. A shame I can't play it right now but when I get home in a couple of weeks, it'll get plenty of playtime.

Does Nintendo even know what a classic is? Exitebike and Xevious are definitely classics but this is just pathetic Nintendo. Might as well release 3D Classics Superman 64 and Action 52 while you're at it. Thankfully Twinbee is next, now that one's a classic.

I think I'll just stick with 2600 Centipede.

Hey we actually got a Gameboy game this week. I'll pass though because I don't care for puzzle games that much.

@Henmii: It was an arcade game but it also had a Famicom port. This is probably going to be the arcade version though.

@ryanthehedgehog: It's pretty similar to Xevious. Flying around shooting things and dropping (well, throwing) bombs at things. The main differences are that there's powerups in the form of bells that you can collect and it's not nearly as monotonous as Xevious (if I'm not mistaken this game has an end unlike Xevious which just keeps looping).

Yawn. Yet another early Gameboy sports title that probably hasn't aged too well.

I'll probably be getting this one if it comes over here. I'm guessing it'll use the same 3D effect as Xevious, and unlike Xevious I don't own this game in several different forms.

I had a bad feeling we wouldn't be getting a 3DS VC game this week. At least we got a Wii VC game. Too bad it's a crappy beatemup. Oh well, at least it's one game closer to Adventure Island II.

@PSICOffee: It's coming out on XBLA later this year so it probably won't come out on Wiiware until 2012.

What I find sad about Wiiware is that one of the best games on the service is a port of a PC game that can be downloaded for free.

That's a shame. Hopefully the console version will be much better as that's the version I want.

That's a pretty bizarre reason for delaying a game.

That screenshot looks a lot like the arcade version to me.

Xevious is a fun little game, but a little expensive. NA will probably see it this Thursday too.

No Wii VC this week. Come on NOA, you could've at least given us a mediocre Jaleco game so we could've gotten it out of the way. Fortunately Netflix and G&W Gallery makes up for this week.

I think I'll just stick to Castlevania.

I like shooters, or should I say SHUMPS.

Yeah it would suck to live in a world where there's only one genre of games available.
