Re: Konami Producer: Lack of Time And Resources To Blame For No Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 On Wii U

Wildfire

I would love to see LoS 2 on Wii U but anyway, Mr.Cox didn't pull a ubisoft move on us since is arguments seem reasonable and honest to me.
I still don't understand all the hate on Castlevania LoS though, maybe I'm the only one who likes it and I'm just so tired of the metroidvania style. Don't get me wrong I don't think they're bad but to me after playing all those metroidvania castlevanias it feel like they are all the same. The Rebirth on Wiiware was quite refreshning and would love to get a new one on that vein but anyway and returning to the topic, I can't wait to play Mirror of Fate on my 3DS!

Re: Rayman Legends No Longer a Wii U Exclusive, Delayed to September

Wildfire

Rich from IGN wrote an article about this and it's funny as he seems to be amused about the situation and I can't believe he actually thinks that this is a smart move by Ubisoft!! :0
Anyway as someone said here already this is a concerning signal about the Wii U future and I don't think that this time Nintendo alone will be able to pull through. With the long time of development and all...I really hope I'm wrong...

Re: Rayman Legends No Longer a Wii U Exclusive, Delayed to September

Wildfire

Here it is what I was saying on the other article about Ninja Gaiden 3. They(3rd parties) do everything to please the PS360 fanboys. But when we ask for their games to also be on Nintendo systems they don't give a damn!!
Why the hell do we need to wait 'till September?
Well Ubisoft you lost a sale here!

Re: Rumour: Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge Defecting To The 360 And PS3

Wildfire

If had I known this before hand I wouldn't have bought this game and support team Ninja. Sorry but I'm getting tired of games that are suposedly Nintendo consoles only and then there they go to other platforms. And this wouldn't bother me at all if the inverse happened as well. But no. There'll be no Lords of Shadow 2, there'll be no Metal Gear Solid, no new Suda 51's games on Wii U and for that I have to keep that dust collector of PS3 in order to play them? I say if the owners of other platforms want to play certain games buy the damn console like I did to play Lords of Shadows. Plain and simple. But I know that the industry doesn't work that way and ultimately is Nintendo who's being screwed all the time.
At least they'll never have Zelda, Super Mario, Metroid and other great Nintendo properties!

Re: ZombiU Developer Announces A Patch Is On The Way

Wildfire

It was about time!
My first play of this game went well untill I reached the gas tank and then upon arriving to the hideout the lights wouldn't turn on and as if that wasn't enough the door wich leaded to the next mission, saving some girl in a church , wouldn't open. I was stranded there with a breacking glitch.
I waited some time, as no patch seemed to arrive I did like so many others and tried a second play by deleting the file and starting all over again. The same thing happened, this time early on the super market. Upon arriving the hideout the game won't let me progress and marking the supermarket as my goal. I go there and then the game marks the hideout and then on the hideout tells me to go the supermarket and so on and so forth... sigh
I was having a blast with Zombie U but now I just don't want to play it unless they fix it up with this patch.

Re: Iwata Implies That He Could Step Down Over Sluggish Sales Performance

Wildfire

I've never seen a President as passionate for videogames as Satoru Iwata, even Hiroshi Yamauchi(former nintendo president and heir to the Nintendo business) didn't care about videogames, to him the only thing that would matter was the money and ruled with an iron fist. So I don't think there's a better man to lead Nintendo through this dark times than Satoru Iwata.
But I would totally understand if he steped down, since being the nº1 Nintendo guy means to be against almost the entire videogaming world nowadays. It's the so called professional videogame press, the fanboys, the other consoles manufacturers, the mobile games...You name it! The negativity towards Nintendo is so overbearing that it would only be normal if he just got tired of all this industry.

Re: Platinum Games Is Interested In Acquiring The Darksiders Franchise

Wildfire

Like I said before I would rather prefer Nintendo to grab Vigil Studios and Darksiders and like @Threadshadow said this studio could become even better under Nintendo's wing!
I'm still boggled how anyone didn't pick this franchise yet (I know despite the games being good the sales aren't so good) from all the THQ , that's the only one I like. Heck! If it wasn't for Darksiders I wouldn't even care for THQ's demise.
Sorry for the ranting, but the tweet from Atsushi Inaba seems more like he's poking fun of Darksiders.

Re: Talking Point: Wii U Direct - Tell Us What You Thought

Wildfire

One hell of a Nintendo Direct if you ask me! The only thing I didn't like though was to repurchase my old VC games. I know that they aren't asking too much for it with the discount price, but still...
Anyway, this was an amazing presentation! Can't wait for The Wonderfull 101 and Bayonetta 2!!!!!

Re: Nano Assault Neo Developer Lavishes More Praise On Wii U

Wildfire

It's awesome to hear some praise for the Wii U once in a while.
I'm getting tired of all the unnecessary bashing that surfaces on the internet but I believe on the power of the Wii U and the developers who are actually developing for the system and have nothing but praise for it!
And last but not least...Give us another Jet Rocket, Shin'en!!

Re: "No Chance" Of Castlevania Lords Of Shadow 2 On Wii U

Wildfire

Konami is really disapointing me. Since they were the makers of the majority of my favourite games back in the 16-bit days, but now...sigh
I would've definitely prefered a Wii U version. I guess my PS3 will have some utility (beyond playing movies) after all.

Re: ZombiU Producer "Disappointed" By Early Reviews

Wildfire

I only have to say that Zombie U is truly a great experience, like I didn't had for a long time now. Every little sound makes me stop and look around every corner . It's this kind of nerve wrecking moments that makes me imersive in the game and I just feel sorry for those reviewers that simply play this like a "regular" FPS, not appreciating what the game is truly trying to do.
So stay cool Ubisoft because you did great!!
