If theres no money in it for them, it wont get reviewed and heres another classic example---> A game that has been getting between 9-10's across the board solidly Nuclear Throne. They jumped all over blaster masters ass and nuclear throne came out the same day and is the better game between the 2 yet nothing from this site. When it comes to reviews, I've been done with this site for a long time now

Sorry, anyone who owns another platform such as ps4 and chooses to get it on switch is a damn fool and only contributes to these lazy ass devs and just sends the message to them that this sub par garbage is acceptable to all the nintendo noobs. just look at warframe and you'd see that this is absolutely unacceptable.

He needs to sue their ass and get a ps4 and rdr 2 and be done with pretendo.

Screw a more powerful switch just give me one that I can change the battery out myself

Great decision. I have both switch and multiple 3ds's and to me, 3ds is better because YOU can change the damn battery yourself.

@Razer Also, I dont know about xbox but on ps plus you can pay for one subscription and it will allow anyone on that console to play online for example a game such as GTA V with one ps plus membership I can play online and when I'm done, I can log out of my profile, my son switches to his profile and can load up GTA V using his created character to play online

If I boot up Rocket league on my switch then my son presses start on the other controller, he chooses his Mii as the co op player and then we go online in a team of 2. Is this going to require the family pass? On playstation four with one ps plus account I can start a game that has online coop such as plants vs. zombies 2 split screen online and Helldivers the same it doesnt force the person thats my online coop partner on the same system to have an additional account to join in. This is what im confused about

So nintendo is the only company thats going to charge multiple times any user on ONE console just to play co op? Noone has a problem with this? Whats next? Will they start demanding that every person on ONE console has to buy said game just to play with eachother together online? Every user on ONE console must buy DLC multiple times if all the people on that ONE console wants to play with the DLC. Wow, Nintendo really screwed this one up. I have one switch that me and my little boy play with and now have a higher fee to pay if we dare both play something online together. ALL of nintendos competition consoles dont do this to their customers. Now is a good time as any to look into a console that will run steam games on televisions being the switch is nothing more that a console that lets you play random games thats been out on steam already for years with the perk that you can play first party Nintendo made games on as well and we all know how long it takes for those games to even come out. Keep shooting yourself in the foot Nintendo because you're going to flat out ruin something that was once good. You cant even give us a browser or even Netflix because you're probably trying to figure out a way to charge everyone a monthly fee that dares to want to use it on your system ^smh*

@evanac Were experiencing the same thing! Before this came out, I was tangled up between dead cells and salt and sanctuary and then this came out and I cannot put it down. The game is great! People on the fence just get this game, it will take you over quickly...

Nintendo Life at this point looses all credibility as a decent source for game reviews and they should flat out fire mitch for this review alone.. This game is right up there with Hollow knight and Dead Cells as the 3 best metroidvanias to date. The developers of this game made it very clear that they were trying to make this game a love letter to souls fans and they absolutely over achieved every goal they had for this game. Anyone on the fence about this game PLEASE look up reviews at other sites before deciding based on this POS, failed review site. This has got to be the most shocking failure at a game review I've ever seen

I picked this up soley because it reminded me of ghosts n' goblins/ ghouls and ghosts in how the characters looked and its insanely fun and addictive especially for its price.

Flame in the flood easily one of the best eshop releases will hold me over til the 27th when mario takes over and then even after that. Really enjoying flame in the flood. It doesnt get old.

Its just wrong to give this game a 7 this is easily a 9-10 in every single way. Its SO addictive and one of those games that you lose yourself in getting further each time you play. If you're on the fence about this game you'd be a pure fool to pass this one up. This was the best download this week and sits right up there with stardew and golf story in terms of its quality and lasting appeal. To give wulverblade a 9 and this a 7 just further proves the ultra amateureness of this sites ability to accurately review titles. Flame in the flood is the 9 here and wulverblade is the 7... Says ME!!!!!!!

IMO this game is a 9.5, but I like the genre. I played for over 6 hours straight after downloading it. Its a mega gem for sure thats insanely satisfying and addictive. These indie titles are making the switch one of the best consoles of all time to me. Theres never been a better time to be a gamer if youre a switch owner.

If this game came out on the same day as odyssey, I'd be playing this. To me, this is GOTY material...

I'm the black sheep that disagrees with this review. This game is a PURE 10 in every single way. It's games like this that define why I'm a gamer. I've been a gamer since the Atari 80's and this is the first time I've ever contacted a developer to praise them for a product. I would buy 3 more copies of this if it would let you just to support them. I hope this becomes a series and nintendo would do good if they just straight up bought sidebar games as a exclusive developer. These devs will 1up camelot games, mark my words...

Damien McFerran shows just how much a dedicated North American Nintendo based site is needed with "UK users only, naturally" comments like that in his titles. It would also kill the traffic to this site that employs such snobby practices such as this.

Heres the easy reasoning for trading in mk8 towards mk8 deluxe... Disc Rot. If you dont know what it is, google it.

Heres what they're not telling you. DQH 1 and DQH2 are both on a single game card for the switch while you have to buy both on ps4 seperate so now judge if the performance differences between them warrant the price comparison between the 2 systems.

The one thing Miiverse did for me was if there was a odd title released on e-shop that you couldnt find any info on anywhere, there was always Miiverse where you could click on the title and see what others were saying about it. I guess that will be another area now that they will lose money and more so alienating the indie devs. Streetpass was kind of cool sometimes. Mii's were a staplemark of modern big N so bye bye Tomagachi life sequels. Now I see Nintendo melting down into an App only company. After cell phone apps, they're totally throwing us in that direction.

Sony and microsoft make cheaper alternatives to gaming PC's every 5 years but absolutely fail at every attempt at actual innovation. PS move=Fail, PS Vitas=Fail, PS 3d=Fail, Sony 3d televisions= fail, Playstation VR= fail. Nintendo can easily make all the complainers here happy as all they'd have to do is easily make another gaming pc workaround and use their first party characters on them and let everything else be exactly the same as the others so we can just sit there and look at three different preview videos and study them to argue which one is better even though it wouldnt be able to be seen by the naked eye. This is really all you guys want? Nintendo wants to be innovative like they always have and they've had the only real success in this area as well as failures but the innovation is what sets them apart from the others. If you cant appreciate that thenit is time to move on to the other competitors because they will deliver what you all seek every 5 years with a box, 2 more controllers that are exactly the same as previous ones with an updated processor and graphics card to feed your new 5000k telivisions of the future that have the cost of new vehicles. Games at the quality level of nintendo take time to develop and we all can agree that we dont want titles to be rushed. Imo the wii u failed because all the third party developers jumped ship early but that isnt the casr here guys. Nintendo has always used the element of surprise too so you know they need to hold some things back for E3. What will your faces look like when they announce a new pokemon title and animal crossing (its due) as well as Metroid, Pikmin and DK and maybe even a ice climbers sequel. The third parrty support is working too so I wouldnt count this thing out yet. The exitement from third party developers alone that i've read has me sold on it. They seem to think this is what they've been waiting for and just gush about the opportunity to develop for it and that says alot from the very voices that assured the wii u's death. I see this being the thing sold out everywhere this holiday season unless you have thousands to give a ebay scalper. My biggest letdown will be if they dont bring the dragon quest titles over to the west on the switch but thats just me. I would get this system if thats all they did was bring the dragon quest series here with nothing more but again, thats just me...

You'll nevr hear this from this site of course. You can see the huge bias here and thats the reason that still to this day they havent posted a review of terraria but minecrafts review was posted the day BEFORE the title launched

Terraria is clearly the better game of the 2 but you do have to dig into it to see it.

So they come on here with a threat if you dont buy their garbage shovelware they'll stop developing on 3DS!!! Vote with your $$$ folks and get something worth 14.99 like Terraria or something...
