It's brilliant Tony. Wii Fit is good, if you have the time to play it. I try to get in 30 minutes a day but even that is difficult. My family all love it. My daughter is 2 and she plays it. My wife loves it, my mother-in-law and her boyfriend love it, and same for my sister-in-law. It's just entertaining to watch and play. Some of the games are difficult though to be honest.

I don't have a storage problem...yet. However, I do want Nintendo to solve this problem before it becomes too big of a problem for me and others like me. I'm too busy with Wii Fit to be honest. The pushup contest is a joke, being ex-military. And Will, I can't get Brawl on release because I'm married and wifey says no. However, I just did get Fire Emblem recently and Wii Fit, so I've got games to keep me busy. I still haven't finished all the games I own, let alone have time to download or buy more. I will get Brawl eventually though. And I'm not missing too much since there's tons of games out that keep my entertainment up. I got my Wii in Christmas 07 so I had to play catchup on the great titles like Zelda and Mario Galaxy.

Mike @ 53, how's your memory shortage suffering because of Brawl? I have plenty of room on my Wii. I haven't even deleted a single game yet and still have plenty of room. Brawl with a massive file? Screw that, I won't buy Brawl until it comes up with a solution for the storage. That's how I roll. I may miss out in the beginning, but that gives me something to wait for when it becomes Players Choice and CHEAPER!

You know....if Earthbound is the only game released in 1 week, nobody will bitch about 1 game during the week, you know that right?

ChocoDK, they need a remake for all platforms. Duh? Whatever Square-Enix can do to screw us all out of money, they've already pillaged us with it. I own the GBA version of FF1 and 2 and I own the FF IV GBA. Because of that, I will NOT download them on the VC, however, I will download FFIII (6) if they released it on the VC. They're losing out biggest on Chrono Trigger and Super Mario RPG to be honest. They could've produced a remade GBA cartridge and a DS remake and it still would sell like hotcakes on the VC even if people had bought both GBA and DS versions! It's almost like saying everyone has a DS or GBA to play their remakes. They butchered FF1 by making it easier. They took one of the great games and warped it, turning it into an easier version. I'm afraid they'll warp my other games too.

Not to be negative, but I see this as bad news too. It's almost like they're giving us a reason, and that reason is that they'd rather rip us off with shabby remakes that have better graphics. Since when do graphics make a game great? To be honest, I don't think graphics are all that great...I don't see this working in our favor at all. More like Square-Enix is going to lining their pockets with remake after remake of older games. I refuse to buy FFIV (the best one) for the DS as I already own the game for GBA. So what if it's got better graphics?

I know what you mean about the posting Will. No news is bad news in my opinion. I'll check on the Virtual Console tomorrow morning before work to determine whether I'm buying points tomorrow after work. lol Amen for European releases on a Friday!

Mazero, why spend your money on CRAP? Honestly, would you download a game you weren't certain you'd enjoy? That's why DEMOS would improve sales and hinder sales. People would learn how much of a pile of crap some games are while some are hidden gems for a reason.

...I haven't bought Wii Points since Adventures of Lolo unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, I like VC titles, but I don't buy in bulk, I buy one, complete it, buy another, complete it, it's a vicious cycle.

El Cabarto, it's just going to have to be something people deal with. No VC games this week is a pretty poor excuse though.

Another notice about the WiiSoftware in Europe from ONM : Someone wrote in asking if WiiWare will conflict with VC releases and the official response was : There'll be some announcements in the coming weeks where we'll explain as much as possible about Wii Software and how it works.

They basically dodged the question. According to developers, Wii Software places a size restriction on developers' creations, meaning every game clocks in under 40 megabytes in size. Amazing?

On a side note, My Life As A King has optional downloadable content planned at an extra charge...something like 100 Wii Points or up to 300. It hasn't been confirmed for all titles, but it does state there will be the option.

....I have the Anthology and it's fun. Blood showing or not showing doesn't change the fact that you can enjoy the game regardless.

This game looks interesting, however, I will still pass on it since it's another shooter.

Surprisingly, no Earth Bound? I've made a sacred vow to my wife....no Wii points until one of the following comes out : Mario RPG, Earthbound, or Chrono Trigger, all which will be "new" to Europe, but I've played 2 of them.

Still waiting for this thing to show up in Europe...I'm not in a big hurry since Wii Fit is keeping me entertained.

I agree Drake. I think it's silly that some games take up more room. For example, Super Probector actually takes more space than Contra III : Alien Wars. It's the same game, just different sizes of space. This game will be interesting though.

I know right? 1000 points is asking a lot when you can buy it dirt cheap on Amazon or Ebay for less than that amount in dollars / pounds. Here's to NOT buying it.

Why does everyone think they're getting Earthbound next week? I haven't seen it set in stone. And besides, Mother's Day is on seperate days in Europe and North America. Mother's Day this year in England was in March, it's always in May in America....

I agree Adamant, it may not be my type of game, however, it does look like something I would try. I do like Tetris and unfortunately, never got to play Tetris Attack. Earthbound is the most highly anticipated game since Ness has been rebuffed constantly in Smash Bros games. People wanna know where he came from, ect. I played it on the SNES when you could rent it with a strategy guide, yes, it came with the guide when you rented it. lol. I'm still waiting for some games but I got Wii Fit so I'm good for now.

Will, if they get stupid with prices on Wii Points such as 632 or something stupid like that, I'd just ignore it. It'd seem to me like they'd be milking for your miscellaneous points anyways...I'm saying 500 points on this one. On a side note however, I think they should release some more Sega games that were brilliant...Sonic Mega Collection covers Sonic titles, Mega Man Anniversary Collection and X-Anniversary Collection cover Mega Man....where's Vectorman, Earthworm Jim, and Boogerman?

I think Nintendo should release the "Gameboy Player" as a Virtual Console downloadable, letting you download Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and older Gameboy Advance titles. For instance, how many people actually own Legend : Oracle of Season and Oracle of Ages? I own them both and I know they'd be instant downloads. Pokemon? Super Mario LAND? Metroid II? Those could just be the beginning...

At least we already got Contra : Alien Wars before Nintendo could block that one.

This is ridulcous...Now I'm not happy...What if this is how they're treating Super Mario RPG? Earthbound? All those beautiful games that could be on there... For shame Nintendo, for shame!

Poor Australians.... I still think that Nintendo is improving in Europe finally... I'm glad I no longer live in the U.S. though due to other reasons than the VC. lol.... I think next week we'll see a racing game on the Virtual Console, just a psychic prediction...
