Re: How Are You Finding Switch Game And App Compatibility On The Switch 2?

I’m very dissatisfied. And it’s not Nintendo’s fault. I can’t understand why third party games released 2-3 months before the switch 2 did not receive any switch 2 updates yet. I wouldn’t mind paying $9.99 per game. But no option is bad. There are very important AAA games out there that run crazy bad on switch

@sixrings I am not ready to give up though. This is brand new hardware that is supposedly 10x more powerful than Switch 1. It also has advance tool such as DLLS that can vastly improve performance. Why are we ok with developers putting minimum effort and release games that are a marginal improvement over the switch 1, and then charge full price $70? At least we can provide negative feedback

Re: Review: EA SPORTS Madden NFL 26 (Switch 2) - EA's Gridiron Series Finally Plays Ball On A Switch Console

Correction: 30fps docked and 40fps handled. I think playing handled is a pretty good experience overall. But docked is NOT. EAs could have used DLSS to achieve 40 or even 60fps easily. This is just lack of effort from EA and it's not acceptable. Nintendo made Nvidia DLSS available to developers intentionally, and EA ignoring the tools they have to make great game is frankly an insult

Re: Does Astro Bot's Super Mario 'Inspiration' Cross A Line? Fans Seem Divided

There are not an infinite number of mechanics, so it is expected some of them have been used before in other games. However Astro goes beyond that by beautifully integrating the dual sense capabilities in very innovative ways. Yes, overall Astro is a very Nintendoish game, but that’s a great thing for Sony and for us gamers, some relaxed, Arcadish and joyful gameplay to break away from the hyper realistic simulations that seem to prevail nowadays
