They copied BotW's trailer frame for frame, they set up the fans for dissapointment.

It's not like that kills the game or anything, but it's now a strike against it. (I say "strike" for lack of a better word)

Look basically that first trailer should have never been released in it's current state.

They set up false expectations, the worst possible strategy to use in marketing.

It never was, you can get 3 max level items, and tournaments use flat rules for items.

Ie always liked Trevenant’s design, I know it’s kind of a forgettable Pokémon but it was one of the few good things from gen 6 IMO.

Actually they care quite a bit, that’s why they banned it outright and have (painfully useless) hack checks at official events.

I’m not an expert, but I know enough programming to be able to find duplicate ID values.

They could choose a threshold, high enough to forgive anyone who tried it once out of curiosity and then ban the people abusing the cheat.

Actually it does have online matchmaking, and duping gives an objective advantage, and it is strictly prohibited.

I didn’t have Kate Gray praising the Pokémon anime on my 2021 bingo card.

The last season of the anime I saw was Best Wishes…it wasn’t as bad as people made it out to be, it was way better than the one episode of XY I saw lol.
