Original Article (Thu 13th Jan, 2022 12:30 GMT): Bandai Namco is set to release a free-to-play battle royale game in the My Hero Academia series, it's been revealed.

Called My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble, the upcoming title has been teased in the latest issue of Japanese magazine, Weekly Jump. The game will launch for Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC, although a release date has not yet been shared.

Photographs of the magazine, taken by Twitter user @Atsushi101X, show that the game will have players teaming up to take part in a "24-player rumble" (thanks, Gematsu):

The magazine also reveals that Bandai Namco will be hosting a closed beta test for the game, with participation details set to become available at a later date.
