Based on everything we’ve seen, these are better than the originals in every way, and the only thing that might hold it back from being better than platinum is the BF. I really miss that feature but if someone doesn’t care for it, these could be their new favorite game from the series.

The reviewer aid the game was better than Let’s Go then gave it a worse score. It makes no sense.

Honestly the updated joycons work much better, my new pair has never drifted whereas my old pairs did.

From a marketing standpoint making your games political will cost half the sales.

I strongly disagree, making this game politcal would have instantly made it into a failure.

Allowing for the imagination surrounding the ruined world works far better.

If it’s successful maybe they make a follow up to teach English speakers Japanese.

Good news, Unite isn’t a gacha game, and has nearly 0 gacha elements (there is one random gift box you can open after every few battles). And you can easily get your favorite characters after like a week of playing.

I think a lot of people confuse “lazy” with “unambitious”

They also added a Taj Mahal costume for Crustle which is amazing!

If I ever got a lite it would be this design.

Cloud games are lazy and disingenuous, and the fear is that one day it may be the only option.

If the Witcher 3 and Doom Eternal can run on Switch, most games can.

The difference is the arcade didn't charge you full price for a worse version of the experience and told you exactly how long said experience would last up front.

BDSP could be the best games ever made for the series, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I would have expected the platinum outfits to be available in game normally, but I’m glad to see it included at all.

It’s possible to make the game traditionally turn based?

Edit: When you set it to wait, does that make it so the game “pauses” when one of your gauges fill?

I really want to give this a go, but I’m really not much of a fan of the ATB system.

It’s not like I think Nintendo is evil or anything, playing these games on original hardware will certainly be more expensive, I just don’t want to play them so much I’d be willing to put down that kind of dough, Nintendo has a history of grossly overvaluing old games.

This looks and sounds like one of the worst games ever made, I don’t understand what’s possessing people to give it such undeserved praise.

Then give us the option not to pay for it, a large portion of people do t care about the Genesis games or the AC DLC and just want the N64 games.

If they localize custom robo 1+2 maybe, otherwise no chance.

There’s isn’t a single N64 game that justifies more than doubling the price.

Sounds fun, but nowadays anytime a game pushes “romance” as a feature it always turns out to be a thinly veiled attempt at pushing an agenda.

If that’s not the case, I’ll certainly look into it.

TRs are single use in Sword and Shield and it hasn’t been a problem, its not suddenly a problem in BDSP.

6 was one of the weaker collections, but Joke Boat and Dictionarium can be fun with the right people.

The fact that these games have online pvp automatically make them better than Legends Arceus.

I don’t mind them being faithful remakes to a certain extent, diamond and pearl were originally designed to be incomplete after all, as Plantinum was designed to round out the generation. So lack of a battle frontier or new forms for existing Pokémon isn’t really acceptable IMO.

We knew this from the second trailer.
