No worries, switch 2 still single handedly saves square, just release every square game not currently on the switch, with 1080p 60fps on handheld, 4k upscaling in the dock and watch the profits roll in 😁

@Ganner Handheld gaming will never be up to speed with main consoles/pc. The tech will always be one step behind. Switch 2 will solve lots of problems as long as it's backward compatible but for how long? There will still be games that won't run brilliant simply because the tech isn't there. Switch 2 will run the new cod at 1080i, 30 FPS with cutbacks on graphics.

Maybe I'm just lucky but I've had no problems with this game. Played abit of single player and went straight into multiplayer. Found games instantly, only problem I have is I seem to be rubbish nowadays at old school FPS lol

Can concur that online runs perfect on switch. Find a game in seconds. Oh the irony that the switch runs better than the pc and other consoles...

If you don't have Witcher 3 yet, you have no excuse not to get it. 11.99 for arguably one of the greatest games ever made is a steal.

Honestly, people need to get it into their heads gameplay prevails over graphics. Just look at the new Forza, looks incredible, but it's no way like the old forza's. Games really don't need to be these super ultra realistic visuals. Maybe try the game first before slating it?

I got this the day it came out, it was fun until the bugs kicked in. Overlapping graphics, crashes. If these are ironed out and price is lower then maybe. RCT3 still does the trick for me, still one of the best theme park games out there

The bloody eel on Mario 64. I hate water levels and this was my first foray into 3d games.

If there was two versions, I honestly believe the game would have some new records. The game is the best Pokémon game I've played in a very long time. Even with some poor textures

I think this will depend on how well this game does. If it bombs then don't expect GF to continue with Legends.

@sanderev honestly don't trust Microsoft. There just greedy and always have been. Love the consoles, hate the company. They just bully everyone. Let's be real, IF the opportunity came and could 'legally' buy Nintendo, of course they would.

All Microsoft have really ever done is try to buy out other companies. That is damaging the video game scene. You can have your crash, cod and whatever you decide to buy. You'll never get Mario and co. Long live the king Nintendo!

Pokémon snap looks so much better than this. Granted it's a on-the-rails style but still. Come on game freak, at least try.

On the other hand, I am a firm believer of gameplay over graphics. Coming from the someone who born in 80's, I'm used to seeing bland textures!

Why just Nintendo Kart? Just call it Mario kart ultimate and keep the doc coming with characters and tracks not just from Nintendo IP's. Throw in final fantasy characters for example and you have the ultimate racing game that could literally never end

@DiamondJim late 2024, Nintendo Switch outsells PS5 and Xbox Series X because no one can still get there hands on one

If Nintendo uses logic, they would add more dlc to Mario kart 8. If it's still selling well then clearly people are still playing it, just add more characters, more tracks, more modes, maybe a story mode dlc? One like diddy Kong racing?

It's a old game, it's not a remake, it's a remaster. At least the gameplay is still good

@Specter_of-the_OLED they should stop this online emulator nonsense and just bring back VC. The games people have already bought on it from past consoles/handheld just have them ready to download for free.

Why does Nintendo decide to not continue supporting the most played games on switch? Mario kart 8 and animal crossing should keep having updates.

@Yosher this is basically a new game, so an animal crossing game for that price is worth it

@anoyonmus who said they couldn't run? If the switch can run crisis remastered and the Witcher 3, pretty sure it has handle something like Kingdom hearts. SE just lazy

@OorWullie that would piss alot of people off including me. All 3 of these games should run fine on the switch considering they are PS2 ports with 'enhanced graphics'. If this is the case then count me out

@NoTinderLife I personally don't mind cloud gaming, but ONLY if it's used for games that won't run on the switch. I don't want Nintendo to go down the path of a Netflix gaming service. I have a Stadia for my cloud gaming but if they bought those games to switch I wouldn't say no, but I would for the price they charge!

Think I'm the only one who actually enjoyed castlevania 64!
