I hate this blatant piece of free advertising dlc and hate Nintendo for allowing it. So, I'm off to turn on my ad-free Xbox dashboard and play Doritos Crash Course and buy some more levels. So there....

@Daisaku36 I would sell mine but I'm waiting for that one special game I really hate so I can complain about it on here and threaten (to no one in particular) to sell it.

Honestly though, who here would complain if it was announced that we WEREN'T getting this dlc. I imagine a lot of the people that are complaing we are getting it...

Are you kidding, this is the internet. People would complain if they listed the lottery numbers but didn't get their winnings on a large novelty cheque!

@unrandomsam So you've got a game you do not like and were going to keep it in a drawer but now that a free piece of dlc is coming out for it, you are going to sell it. Makes perfect sense.................

That was awesome. I wish UK had a talkshow host who did segments like this. Our best talkshow host, Jonathan Ross, actually loves videogames. Nintendo should give him a call...

@Zyph Nice, would prefer it with a single player campaign. Marketed well, Nintendo should have a winner on their hands. Only problem they will have is the COD crowd saying that games like this should have real guns and shooting people in ... they can have them sort of gamers though.

@MinecraftGreek So you would buy a game that you don't like the look of just because it fits into timeline that doesn't really have any consequence (yet)? I'm going to buy it because I'm a massive Zelda fan and am going to enjoy smashing the crap out of stuff. It's your opinion, I just think you will miss out on a fun pick up and play bash about in a Zelda universe.

@Morph Yeah, all these people complaining that its not Majora or Metroid or F-Zero etc don't really know Nintendo that well. They very rarely do what people expect. Just like before the presentation, Starfox leaked and everyone thought it was going to be a major part of the show ... and then wasn't even on it! I think a person above said it best :-

@justlink Hmmm, ability to play game (albeit a classic) that I can already play or a brand new game from a brand by IP from Nintendo and Intelligent Systems. The choice is clear! I do want Majora's, and it will eventually turn up, but for now this is great news.

Never got into the series but played the first game briefly and enjoyed it. Wanted to play Strangers but never got the chance so these will be purchases

Please let the DLC come to EU. My nephew and me NEED the new characters esp. Batgirl and Zod.

@james_squared I think you can only play as Nabbit in multiplayer. Playing the game with my nephew who is not used to these games makes it even harder still as he can just run through enemies and race ahead, leaving you behind or get in your way forcing you to an unfortunate death. Still, great fun!

Would have got if it had Pro Controller support on multiplayer but do not like Wii Remote and Nunchuk control method.

My fave reveal, much to my own disbelief, has been the WiiFit Trainer in SSB as it is just hilarious and so out of leftfield, closely followed by the Mega Man reveal. The game I chose in the poll though was Super Mario 3D World as it is the game I KNOW I will enjoy playing most, especially in multi player.

Nintendo just announced that Super Smash Bros will be free to play with the only character being available at start, the Wii Fit Trainer. All other characters you can then purchase through the eShop. Just kidding, there can't be any company stupid enough to do that can there ... cough, cough ... Micro$oft ... cough, cough ... Rare ... cough, cough ... Killer Instinct ... cough, cough

@ferthepoet Nikki would be pretty cool as a 3DS only character, especially if you got her as a free DLC character through the letterbox!

That sub heading scared me a little. I thought you had insider knowledge and one of the surprise WiiU games is a new Legend of Zelda - Tingle game!

As much as I want to see this at E3, I suspect it will be for the PS4 and Xbone (or whatever derogatory term the internet is calling it today). I would love a WiiU version and hope to be proved wrong though...

NLG made Spider-Man: Friend or Foe a few years back and while it was quite a brief little game, it did have some excellent fight & combo design so I would love for them to make Smash Bros in a 3D world (like Power Stone on Dreamcast). No chance of it happening though...

@JaivfromONM I was going to ask where Pearls is but I have just found her near the end in the montage. At the minute, this game cannot get more awesome, it certainly cannot come soon enough.

@SanderEvers EVERY WiiU owner should buy Rayman Legends. I know Ubisoft executives screwed it up but we should not ruin it for Michel Ansel and his team. The game looks incredible.

I have got both Xbox and X360 as I have always prefered them to Sony. After a comment like that they can go stuff the XOne up themselves! Unbelievable comment!

If Nintendo did announce a new IP what type/style of game do you think it would be? (Platform, puzzle, shooter etc)

@Unit_DTH Oh yeah, I know they will have some awesome stuff lined up for E3, it's just that when Ninty announced they were not putting on a Press Conference some people believed they were admitting defeat to the 2 new offerings from MS & Sony whereas I think they will show off some spectacular games compared to the other systems 'Features' (TV shows, All-In-One Entertainment solutions etc). E3 will be very interesting this year...

Microsoft & Sony better have something special planned for E3 as at the minute Nintendo will 'Win' E3 without even having a presentation. If they have playable Smash Bros, Mario Kart, New 3D Mario and a few other surprises it is theirs for the taking.

I'm really liking the discount if you have got a previously released game in the series deals. Project X Zone demo is also amazing.
