It's not surprising Galaxy 2 is at the top of the charts since Galaxy 1 was released in 3D All-Stars, so people like myself only needed Galaxy 2.

It doesn't matter how good this "former" developer thinks GTA6 will be, if it keeps getting delayed and never released who cares!

I was never interested in NSO. I want to own the games I purchase and not just "rent" them from Nintendo. I still use my Wii U to play the Virtual Console games that I wanted to buy.

I've never been interested in NSO. Wish Nintendo had just continued the Virtual Console, but at least it gives me a reason to still use my Wii U to play all of the classic Nintendo titles.

How could Mario Odyssey and Wonder not make the list? Shoot, I think Tears of the Kingdom is the better of the two Zelda's as well.

Can't believe there isn't more love for the NES/GB era? Maybe it's because most people on this site were never around back then and thick those games are too hard and ancient nowadays?

@1UP_MARIO I know it's about the Wii. My point is I have friends that tell me I'm nuts for still buying physical games and should only buy digital. This is a prime example why. If game companies shutdown servers, you can't download a game again. Secondly, if they do shutdown the store, there were some digital games that were only released digitally such as Contra Rebirth that will be gone forever.

When people question why I buy physical copies of games and not digital, this is a prime example why.

I was just thinking earlier this week that I hadn't played TMNT 2: The Arcade Game in probably 20 years, and this collection gets announced two days later. Instant day one purchase for me, super excited!

I'm sorry but I do not agree about Zelda 2. It's a fantastic game and I have enjoyed it since I was a kid. Beaten it probably a dozen times over the years. It's not even the most difficult NES game, there are way more difficult games such as Ninja Gaiden, Contra, Mega Man 1, and Castlevania 1 and 3. For me, my least favorite games are Breath of the Wild, Skyward Sword, and both of the DS games. Now don't get me wrong, I liked Breath of the Wild but it sadly never felt like a real Zelda game to me. As for Skyward, I didn't like the Wii controls. They are better in remake. As for the DS games, it was the controls and I hated the Temple of the Ocean King. Tedious and frustrating to say the least.

I understand people collect things, but that is a ridiculous amount of money to pay for a video game. I own the same game somewhere in my basement, any takers? If you have a million bucks it can be yours lol

@YANDMAN It's fine cause I got the originals on my PS4. Thats all I need. And when this game sells 25 copies, maybe they will realize they should have released it on a more modern system.

@YANDMAN No one else is happy that it is on the Genesis except you. It's a stupid move the developers putting it on the Genesis since it pretty much won't sell at all except for people like you that enjoy playing on a 30 year old dinosaur system. Doesn't really matter to me if it came to the switch since I have all of the Mega Man games on my PS4 anyway!

Honestly, I hated LoS. I did beat it, but really didn't enjoy it at all. Ironically, the PS2 Castlevania games I didn't really enjoy either. Even though they are bashed, I always loved the N64 Castlevania games. And as much as I like SOTN, I never liked any of the MetroidVania games either. FOr me, I enjoy the old style Castlevania games. But I get it, they rebooted the franchise. Some people like it and some don't. Sometimes reboots are good. I never liked the Tomb Raider games, and yet the newest Tomb Raider was fantastic. As for Castlevania, if they continue to put of games like LoS, then I'm not interested. As for what someone else said, I hated Skyward Sword as well. It wasn't a bad game. The story was epic, but for me I hated the motion controls. I wish they would re-release that one on the Wii U with normal controls.

I would love for this game to be remade. I HATED the controls with an utter passion on the Wii. The motion controls ruined the game for me.

About damn time, finally something new. I'm sick of the NES games getting released which have been available on the Wii for years.

I think it's really sad that DK64 gets so much flack. It was a good game. Maybe it was a little too big, but still great. And how exactly did DK64 kill of the collectables genre? Super Mario Sunshine had you collecting shine sprites too, and that was even harder because you had to collect the first 7 in each world.

Oh no, comic mischief! What ever shall we do? It's the parents faults. If you don't want your kid playing those types of games, don't buy them!

Can we get some games that weren't already released on the Wii VC years ago?

I will get the WiiU eventually, but the only game I want now is New Super Mario Bros. WiiU. I'm going to wait for a price drop and more games I want to come out first.

This is what we should be getting, great GB and GBC games, not NES games that are already available on the Wii.

I think Sony is still smarting from the beating the Wii put down on the PS3. I own both systems, and honestly, the PS3 doesn't need to be replaced. The games look fantastic! Why they would take a shot at Mario is beyond me since he is the most famous video game character.

Yeah, but the Wii has outsold the 360 3 to 1 on a global market.

I honestly don't care either way. First off, why get rid of the Wii anyway. Someday when I buy the Wii U, I sure as hell am not getting rid of my Wii. It's the same reason that my Gamecube is hooked up right next to my Wii, I never get rid of systems.

Sony looks like a real bunch of douchbags here. Who cares if this guy appears in other commercials for another company? He isn't on Sony's payroll anymore, so he should be able to do what he wants. If Sony doesn't want him to do anyother commercials, then pay the guy!

These are already available on the Wii. Why not release the GB Mega Man games instead. I'm very dissapointed with the 3DS VC. It showed such promise, but Nintendo just seems to be lazy and just keeps giving us the NES games instead of the GB ones. I thought the GB games were the point of the 3DS VC??

Because when he wrote that in an article in EGM in 2007, the Wii had already outsold the PS3 by millions, and no one could find one in any store. A year after a system come sout, and you can't find one, that tells you that the system is going to be a success.

I already own them, so I'm good. Still, it's a pretty dumb move on Nintendo's part.
