Re: No Man's Sky To Release Waypoint Update, Adds Relaxed Mode, Switch Bonuses And More

Matthew90

I got no mans sky on nintendo switch. Looks a bit blurry but its no mans sky on switch and on the go. One thing I noticed though which was a bit annoying is there is very little asteroids, like whenever I found some there was only like 1-2 at a time. On pc/consoles there are 100's in the one area. I don't really care for multiplayer on no mans sky for switch. At times the game looks really good but then at times it looks horrid. Im trying to work out if the game looks worse if playing on OLED in vivid mode or standard. The game is naturally vivid already and I feel having the switch on vivid could be too much.

Re: Feature: Handheld Face-Off - Nintendo Switch OLED Model Vs Steam Deck

With the steam deck everytime I see someone using one on youtube its like they have to have it sitting on their lap with the head and neck facing down hunched. I mean if you have to always play it like that might as well get a laptop. I think most people don't buy nintendo switch for the performance but they buy it for the software and because there is no stuffing around, it just works.

Re: Best Pokémon Games Of All Time

For me pokemon sword/shield are the worst pokemon games. I feel it was rushed out for the switch release. It also made me realise that pokemon needs to change which it why i got good hope for pokemon legends arceus. Pokemon has become like cod in a way of just releasing the same game over and over with a few differences in each.

Pokemon silver/gold for the win though

@Laserbeak1982
You're kinda wrong. There is videos showing that there is massive input lags that actually make the game unplayable because you keep crashing into things due to the input lag and unable to hit any targets using manual aim. Pop ins when cars/people literally pop into the game right in front of you only for you to crash into them. Failing missions due to lag is also what I have seen.

I would wait for patches.

Re: Talking Point: Should We Be Worried About Screen Burn-In With Switch OLED?

Matthew90

Yes I am worried. Reason is because I have had it happen before on my old ps vita which was permanent and is the reason sony changed to lcd because it was a very common thing. I also had it happen surprisingly on a LCD tv. I had the channel 7 logo imprinted on the screen but was able to get most of it off the tv by keeping the tv off for a few days strait. Using things like auto brightness defeats the purpose of the OLED switch. It makes it look too dark and cant see anything.
