Re: Capcom Growing Less Keen on Wii?

Ian_Daemon

"Zack & Wiki" is the most awesome game I've played in years. I hold all other puzzle-type games to its standard. I haven't seen a game nearly as good puzzle-wise. "Zack & Wiki" is creative and humorous with ample replay value. "Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles" is a game with huge replay value. I have yet to purchase "Darkside Chronicles", but I'm under the impression that it's great as well.

Re: BIT.TRIP BEAT Updated!

Ian_Daemon

I updated Bit Trip: Beat this morning and played a game to see if the changes were obvious. They aren't. Unfortunately, this game is still a waste of money. BT:B still has a cute premise, but the visual design is still extremely poor.

There's no decision making, no "playing", it's just memorization.

Re: Iwata: WiiWare Demos Are Coming

Hi NintendoLife Staff. I think you're going to have to hit your readership over the head with future news. Far too many people missed the title and the image and the copy that read "WIIWARE demos".

Re: No More Heroes 2 Gets A Control Shake-Up

No longer interested...

@Sabrewing:
"Games for the Wii MUST ship with a control scheme that can be used with the console right out of the box"
Not true. Look at all the virtual console games that require a GC or Classic controller. Neither of those come with the console. Your statement MAY be true for retail-Wii-specific games, but definitely not WiiWare or VC games.

Re: New DSi and Wii Remote Colors Announced

"No more discolored thumb pad on the nunchuk! Yay!"

They'll most likely still discolor, but now you won't be able to tell. Wait...maybe the black analog will turn gray? Maybe your thumb will turn black? I dunno. I guess it all depends on the materials used.

@ #9 Clicketyclick:
"...Graphics may not make a bad game good, but processing power is used for a lot more than just rendering pretty graphics...."

These days? Not really.

@ #38 Digiki:
"...I'd say the developers have a bigger impact on the system than most everything else, and the average developer treats the Wii like a bumper car...."

Agreed.
