No, the white Basic Wii U model launched at $299.99, the black Deluxe model launched at 349.99, which is now 299.99 and the only model that's being manufactured now. LMAO Everybody here (especially rjejr) must have missed the Black Friday sales. Are you guys seriously blaming Nintendo for Gamestop's(the company that gives you $15 for your new $20 game) horrible Cyber Monday deal? Wow. I guess we overlooked BestBuy's Black Friday SM3DW bundle with DKC: Tropical Freeze and Smash bros. Wii U for $360. eBay had this same SM3DW bundle for $260 on Black Friday and now today for Cyber Monday they had a Wii U with Nintendo Land and Smash Bros. Wii U for $250(not sure if its sold yet today). Hell, Toys R Us had the white Wii U Skylanders SWAP Force Bundle for $199. But you're all right, its Nintendo's fault GameStop made their ridiculous deal. -_-

The Wii U also has an impressive lineup for 2015 that, once again, you can't get anywhere else. If any of those games that aren't coming to Wii U has Watch_Dogs and Destiny quality, then they're not a good example to label it as a secondary console.

Edit:Then again I could be just saying all this because I've recently got into PC gaming and out of all the consoles, Nintendo's console is the only one that still appeals to me. Again, preferences. And mine are Wii U is THE primary console, despite what its haters claim. And fine I'll list all the games coming to Wii U in 2015 and here is my 2015 prediction for the Nintendo haters excuse every time a Wii U game is released(just like the past 2 years):

As for Battle Miner, yeah I'm hoping they will release future updates to add more enemies. I just want to try out creative mode for now.

I figured it would become multiplatform after the Kick Starter announcement. Still looking forward to it. Meanwhile, why aren't we(or this weak site) talking about Stone Shire? It's still releasing this year and development is going great for Finger Gun Games.

If this becomes true, then why in the hell are some amiibo being exclusive to certain retailers? A strategy deal to draw attention and traffic to their store instead of another retailer? At least its better than a game having exclusive in game content depending on which retailer you bought it from.

LOL Its funny how all the attention is on Bayonetta 2 and a lot people here are worried about it or calling it a flop when the game was released at the end of October. 1 week sales vs. 4-5 week sales isn't a fair comparison.

Also, I think the NL and SM3DW are just their standard bundle for Wii U(and because I think NL still shows the potential of the Gamepad the most). I can't explain why we haven't gotten any special bundles for Bayonetta 2 or Smash Bros. though. I don't know what is going on at NoA.

Edit: Same way Europe got a special collector's edition for Bayonetta 2, but North America didn't. SMH

I would say its because they're trying to appeal to that market a little more, who felt abandoned during the original Wii's generation. What I meant by "that's the market they aim for most", is they try to make consoles and games that everyone enjoy and enjoy together, like Nintendo Land or MK 8.

I think I know what you're saying. If Reggie has given up, he should still try and get that market back. I just used the Bayo 2 example because that just confirmed with me that some have this misplaced hate for Nintendo. For those angry about Bayo 2 are pretty much saying they would rather Bayonetta be dead than appear exclusive to a Nintendo system, and so I find it very unlikely they'll change their opinion about Wii U and will never buy one. Hopefully I'm wrong and games like Bayo 2, HW, Smash U, Xenoblade X, Devil's Third, and more will change their minds about Wii U.

If those are accurate numbers then that's a shame. Bayonetta 1 & 2 are great games. Hopefully it will do more this holiday and Black Friday.

I wouldn't say that's how he feels, but if it is then oh well. The ones who are dissing the Wii U are probably the ones who will never buy it no matter what Nintendo does. For example, the Bayonetta 2 situation. Some people are actually angry at Nintendo for SAVING Bayonetta 2 from being cancelled and it being exclusive.

Yep, Activision and other third parties did everything they could to help the Wii U. Just like Wii U owners got the Black Ops 2 Nuketown 2025 map TWO years after everybody else had it, and now Activision is just now putting their games on the eShop(probably at full price too). smh

Mass Effect 3: EA purposely sabotage the Wii U version by releasing a trilogy pack on other consoles. AND ME3 was already almost year old before the Wii U version was released.

Assassin's Creed 3: Wii U version came out 2 weeks after other versions, didn't get Special Editions(Figurines, steelbook cases, etc.) like the other versions did.

Batman Arkham City: DID came out a year before the Wii U version(Do you idiots really expect a game to sell after its already been available on other consoles for a whole year?)

Tekken & Darksiders II: Already been out on other consoles and didn't get any Special Editions like the other version
Batman AO: Wii U version didn't get multiplayer mode or any Special Editions like the other versions

I can go on forever, but who shafted who first? Don't pretend Third parties are the victims and didn't give Wii U owners the cold shoulder first. Nice try, Sony fanboy.
