For that money, I would rather get some DX Chogokin Macrosses or the Metal Build Gundam Exia. Sorry but that price point is just only for people with cash flowing out of their pockets.

This kinda made me feel glad about Capcom not making any Megaman games. What if Megaman suffered the same fate?! NO!

Megaman 8 was a good game. It would be awesome if we could get it for the Eshop! I think the decisions lies solely on Capcom on whether they want to do it or not.

I miss the directs. But this new direction seems to be working better. Maybe they should have directs when there is something big going on instead of the monthly one. Quality>Quantity, isn't that Nintendo is all about?

I myself, LOVED the Nintendo Digital Live event. That showcase was phenomenal. It was a good 40 minutes for my wife and I.

@IceClimbers Nintendo will not buy Capcom. The risk is simply too big, unless Capcom is on sale for 50% off. Or Iwata goes berserk.

@midnafanboy Capcom is not doing well, but not that bad that they need to sell themselves. They still made decent profit last year. Back to topic, Nintendo buying one of their IPs, maybe. But purchasing Capcom entirely is nothing but a dream son. Nintendo/Capcom collabs and partnership is way better.

Just so you understand, I want Nintendo and Capcom to forge a relationship like the relationship Nintendo and Platinum Game has. Nintendo funds the project, they make the game and let Nintendo publish it. Bayonetta 2 and The Wonderful 101 was dead until Nintendo decides to fund them. This way, Nintendo gets exclusives titles to market the Wii U and the developers get to earn some serious cash even if the game doesn't sell well. It's a win-win. Buying out Capcom is only a win for the shareholders at Capcom and a ginormous uncertainty for Nintendo.

@TreesenHauser I picked this game up for 15 bucks last week and I'm pretty sad that I didn't pick it up EARLIER!! This game is awesome! I was doubting at first due to all the negative post in the comment section, but decided to give it a go for 15 dollars.

After 16 hours, I can vouch that this game plays beautifully and the controls are pretty tight!(All you need is some practice and the controls is so much better than AC3). For the naysayers out there, I don't know which game you are playing, but the AC4 I'm playing is not the game you guys are describing at all. There is rarely any frame rate drops, graphics are simply gorgeous (apart from the leaves, they look 1998), the gameplay is SO FUN, and I have no issues in free running at all (maybe you should practice instead of blaming the controls for your newb skillz? Just sayin).

Overall, 8/10 is the correct score for this game. The 2 deduction comes from the ugly leaves (I mean seriously, what's with the leaves?), the occasional shadow "jaggy" in cutscenes, occasional glitchy combat when boarding huge boats and the lack of DLC. Otherwise, solid game and I would totally recommend it to people who are still on the fence.

@rjejr IIRC, the PS4 only has about up to 3~5GB (can't remember the actual numbers) of RAM to run/process the games, and lets not forget the Wii U also has the eDRAM to work with. I got to be honest with you, I'm not a tech guy so I don't really know the significance of those numbers/stuff. These are just purely my own speculations based on my limited electronics knowledge.

Personally I think it is unfair to compare those realistic games to Mario Kart 8 though. However there is going to be one game that we can know for sure the actual gap between these systems and that game is Project Cars. I would be a fool to claim the Wii U's version will look as good as the Ps4 version. But I'm certainly confident the difference won't be huge.

IMO the best game to play in the summer is Pikmin 3 and followed very closely by Assassin's Creed Black Flag. Fruits and the open Caribbean Seas is all you need dawgs.

Is anyone still surprised by this? I mean come on, these devs are not going to spend a whole bunch of coins to make a standalone Wii U version. It makes more sense to just port the 360 version of the game since they have similar architectures.

@rjejr The Wii U's performance gap between the other 2 consoles is not as large as you think. Yes both systems have juiced up specs but do note that x86 is inefficient. From what I read around, the PS4 is already suffering from bottle-necking. So yeah. With more work the Wii U version can definitely look closer to the PS4/Xbone version, but is it financially viable? Probably not.

Now Nintendo just gave me the perfect excuse to buy Limited Edition Wii Us.....

I personally find the game okay. It's not superb, but not bad either. It has it's certain charm to it and my wife loves it so much she neglected her Animal Crossing and Disney Magical World for a while now. So yeah the game certainly has its ways on certain demographic.

To people who are like, "I don't get this hype", "This game has nothing to do and no content except writing songs", "How is this even a game" etc, you folks have no idea what you're talking about. This game has ALOT to do and things to unlock. The Streetpass feature is also pretty neat. It is certainly a game that is worth the price tag. You kinda have to play the game to appreciate it.

I'm not a big Sim person (I only play Harvest Moon for sims), but I find this game pretty fun.

@NTELLIGENTMAN Are you sure? The most recent news I've heard back in May is that you cannot play the free Xbone games after you cancel the Gold subscription though. You get to keep the games, but you can't play it. Did microsoft change their policy again?

@AdmiralThrawn You sir are a complete joke. Both PSN and XBL requires a subscription fee while Nintendo club does not require a single cent. Furthermore, once you terminate your PS+ and XBL subscription, your so called Free games goes away as well. Comparing Club Nintendo with PS+/XBL is plain stupidity.

Secondly, calling Splatoon and Miyamoto horse feces? Splatoon is critically acclaimed all over the internet as the next big thing and even Shuhei Yoshida himself even complimented Nintendo for making that game. If you want to troll, at least try harder.

However I am more than thrilled! This is my first year as a Plat and I'm getting DK 3DS! That is a whopping 30 dollar game reward for just BUYING video games! Yeah I don't get the limited physical items my friends got previously, but a 30 dollar game is still pretty awesome!

What I don't get is the people that is getting so riled up and upset over this. People, this is a rewards program, and IT IS FREE. Stop feeling so entitled to everything. Honestly.

I'm a platinum member. Am I allowed to choose 1 game from each section or am I only allowed to choose 1 game? This is my first year as a plat member (thanks alot Wii U <.<).

@DarkKirby The only tablet that makes sense is the Windows Surface. The Ipad, IMO is junk. It's just a ipod touch with a bigger screen that has been marketed by geniuses who took advantage of gullible consumers.

The only tablet-like feature I want for the Gamepad is the ability to send messages properly. The current messaging system through mii verse is atrocious and painful. Before Nintendo goes into that territory, they should fix their current problems first. There is SO MUCH that needs to be improved on the Gamepad, the "Table Killer" plan can wait until all those issues are dealt with.
