Re: Reminder: Join Pure Xbox to Keep Up to Speed With the Microsoft E3 Live Conference

@peeks I have an Xbox One as well, and I've been enjoying it quite a bit. The game library is incredible!

I'm not interested in the slim version (I own the standard 500 GB black model), but the Scorpio project interests me. Microsoft and Phil Spencer have continued to fulfill the promises and reliever great exclusives to their fans that makes their consoles worth every buck.

As for the Big N, the NX should do a good job at competing with the PS4 and Xbox One, at least for a solid year. I doubt 4K is going to make a whopping difference.

Re: Poll: Are You Optimistic About Nintendo's 2016?

HFish12

2016 will go out with a bang, I can guarantee that. With games like Zelda U, Twilight Princess HD, Pokken Tournament, Star Fox Zero, Fire Emblem Fates and other unconfirmed titles for Q2, Q3 and Q4, there's no doubt that this will be a great year for games. NX reveal will be huge, so hopefully there's no disappointment--that would upset A LOT of Nintendo fans. Hope the Big N dominates 2016!

Re: Editorial: Let's Make 2016 a Year of Nintendo Optimism

HFish12

I'd much rather have Nintendo delay games than release them early and unfinished. That's a plague that spread across the rest of the gaming industry, but thankfully Nintendo doesn't succumb to that. Right there is part of the reason why I support the Big N.

Just give me Zelda U, Zelda TPHD, Star Fox, and NX details. Heck, Zelda U ALONE would make 2016 a great year for Nintendo, at least in my mind.

Re: Miyamoto: Star Fox Zero Has Been Delayed, "I Am Very Sorry"

HFish12

This has been the worse year in terms of Nintendo exclusives for a long time. Perhaps Super Mario Maker and Splatoon are the only games that define the Big N's 2015 lineup.

While I'm a bit disappointed, I have to say that I'd MUCH rather have Star Fox be delayed at this point due to the graphical criticisms.

2016 looks to be stacked though. I mean, we already know of some great games such as Pokken Tournament, Stat Fox Zero, Zelda Wii U and more, and that's without any announcements at E3 2016. NX details?

Re: More Than A Million Super Mario Maker Levels Have Been Uploaded In A Week

HFish12

Good levels get you good feedback. I'm shocked how everyone claims that the servers are crammed with boring and terrible levels. To be quite honest, no level is bad (at least for me), and I find that conquering each level I play is a must.

One thing I do find annoying, however, is the amount of difficult courses. Nearly every course you stumble upon is challenging in some way, and I find this to be incredibly ridiculous. These creators are missing the whole point!

Oh well, at least I'm having a relatively good time making and playing stages.

Re: Mario History: Super Mario Maker - 2015

HFish12

I fare with Super Mario Maker in a highly positive way, and I truly appreciate all Mario has given us in previous years. After all, it's what ties this masterpiece together.

At launch Super Mario Maker proves itself limitless and full of undiscovered creativity. Imagine getting DLC in the future to make this game age better than any other game in existence? That's a tough ordeal, but as long as Nintendo doesn't make any major tweaks to Mario's classic gameplay then it very well could be.

Re: The Pokémon Green Blob, New Legendary Zygarde and 'Ash Greninja' Are Detailed by CoroCoro Magazine

HFish12

@Hachiko THAT I can agree with. Imagine having a bunch of Yuh-Gi-Oh and Bakugan BS clotting the Pokedex. I'd hate it if we had 700...oh wait, there's too many Pokemon so I forgot how many there are...almighty gargantuan warriors. Because I'd really hope this wasn't something out of Transformers.

Oh, and yes, Ash Greninja is the largest piece of bullcrap that I've seen from Nintendo since the Miiverse update. THAT was bad.

Re: Community: Create, Share, Play and Rate Each Other's Levels on Nintendo Life

HFish12

This might be the last Mario game I buy, unless Galaxy 3 comes out and another spectacular 3D Mario hits the shelves. The franchise has gotten a bit repetitive, but thankfully Super Mario Maker aims to solve this problem...for now. Nintendo, please do something new with Mario. No, I don't mean make another New Super Mario Bros. game. Please, don't even think about it.

Re: Talking Point: Nintendo's Challenge With Super Mario's 2D Future

HFish12

In all honesty, the most recent Mario games seem...boring. Don't get me wrong, New Super Mario Bros. 2, U, and 3D World are great games. But to be honest, Mario needs more new than old. Seriously Nintendo, if you're wondering why people want Mario Galaxy 3 so badly, then you have no right to make any more games on the franchise. C'mon Big N, we need something new and intriguing!

Thankfully Super Mario Maker is a working progress to solve this problem. I've always thought 2D Mario games are best, and I'm ecstatic to finally be able to create my own iconic Mario stages.

Here's my message to Nintendo: Don't be afraid to experiment with your 2D Mario platformers. Your die-hard fans are looking up to you to do so! Keep it up!
