@allav866
It wasn't a fact, it was you showing repulsive behaviour against said games and songs because they didn't exist on Nintendo platforms. Good games are good games and good songs are good songs. A platform is just a means to play the game.

@CrimsonSkidmark
I imagine there would be some FFX songs in both games as the remaster was just released in Japan with a redone soundtrack. I wouldn't expect overlapping songs from other games, IE: One Winged Angel. Just my speculation, take it with a grain of salt.

@PrincessSugoi I know I know, as I said in another comment it's more so wishful thinking. I didn't buy #5 because it was digital - I don't like digital so voting with my wallet. I was hoping maybe Sony would publish it as a 2nd party title if it was Vita so there would be far more of a chance of a physical copy. But as I said, wishful thinking. I would like to play #6 and stay true to my beliefs in ownership of video games oppose to digital "rental"

GameBoy was insanely awesome, and while it's still loved I don't think people love as much as they should. Many great memories of playing Tetris with my sister and Pokemon with my brother. (I had Red he had Blue) Many other great experiences I had alone such as Metroid 2, Kirby, Link's Awakening, Tiny Toons and some Castlevania game.

@aaronsullivan Maybe not always but 99% of the time. The only time I recall any of them not being quite so friendly are old Official PlayStation Magazine ads. I remember seeing adverts of Cloud from FF7 cutting through N64 cartridges. Apart from that people from both companys have claimed to own multiple consoles from the other side. Sony made the SNES sound chip and wished Nintendo good luck with their Wii U launch and what not. Some higher ups have also claimed to be friends with the staff from the others. They're as friendly as rival companies can ever get in my eyes.

Re: Poll: Is Nintendo's Wii U Advertising and Marketing Doing Enough?

@pukka-pie I agree with you, for the most part.

The way I see it Nintendo's fanbase for the most part goes in cycles, and these times are no exception. I grew up with the NES and SNES, I lost faith in the big N when they released the N64, 'cause they stuck with cartridges and only had 3 games I care for, for it I placed them in the "casual" column. I continue to buy Nintendo consoles for 2 franchises, Fire Emblem and Metroid, but Nintendo has killed Metroid on the Wii so I guess just Fire Emblem now. The people who ditched Nintendo in the recent years are the Nintendo 64 and GameCube crowd as far as I can tell. All my mates who I use to play NES and SNES with couldn't care less about Nintendo. Once I felt like Nintendo stopped targeting me I moved to the PlayStation (1) because all the games I loved for the most part carried over to there, Chrono, Final Fantasy, Castlevania etc. The truth is, Nintendo targets younger audiences, that's not to say that adults cannot play Nintendo, but they are not their main goal. Most will grow out of it. That's just the way it is.

It's a common cycle of "Nintendo is doomed", it's just generally when the next generation of gamers come in, the former Nintendo audiences moves on to the more adult orientated platform.

I hope that wasn't too off topic.
