People really should demo games such as Knack before purchasing it. I demoed it and from what i played, that game doesn't even deserved the 40th spot. I seriously think people blindly buy some games thinking they look awesome and great. Then they get on the iop w/e list and turn out terrible.

So does this count the numerous Xboxones constantly being returned? From what I have heard and seen, Xboxones are constantly being returned.

Soo, do we keep the awesome yellow boxes?

I personally think they should include the eshop sales as well. Technically its still considered a copy that was sold if u bought it digitally. I think the only reason they didnt add it in here, is because Wii U is the first system where u could DL retail games. They should add those sales figured into it because i dnt believe a game everyone has been playing and has gotten so much praise has a low sales figure. Can u guys find out how much digital sales eshop made and add those into the number as well and then compare them?

Although alot of people are excited for this title, I feel like this game shouldnt have been Retros next game. I felt like it should have been Metroid which would have drove some people to buy the game and Wii U. This game alot of people look at and say, "It looks great but i am not goin to buy it on day one". I just dont feel like its a wanted game at this time.

So will we be able to use the same NNID on the Wii U console with our 3DS? And if so, i hope it will let me except the new user agreement on my 3DS that way i can use the online features for my wii u seeing how my gamepad screen is cracked and i have to send it in for repair.

I know this in in november, but can anyone tell me if this is the update where u had to accept the New User Agreement?

@idork99 I kinda "wowed" at the graphics with Pikmin 3 because i nvr seen that style before. But i do agree with u, we need a standout game that pushes the system and show what it really can do!

I really thought Pikmin 3 would have atleast won visual design because i havent seen that style anywhere before. It combined Realistic with Fantasy style and made it stand out to me. I understand Infinite did look amazing, but I felt like it wasnt anything new style wise! Not surprised with everything else!

Correct me if i am wrong but wouldnt this be the first mario game where Peach isnt the princess that us captured?

@Everyone FYI not all games need multiplayer! I thought not having multiplayer on ZombiU was a big mistake but as i played through the story i became less worried about a multiplayer mode. This will do just fine w/out a multiplayer. Besides, the online community has turned to garbage in recent years.

I DARE somebody say the New Mario 3D game looks the same this time. Although the Direct was ok, i really think they should mention some of those NEW franchise they said that were in development awhile back. NSM3DW and A Link Between Worlds were the only ones i am interested that was on that direct.

This is expected but i am confident this will see the light of day. Regardless of the history of that one guy, it looked like a pretty awesome game.

Look very interesting and a lil dark really. I may pick this up with it is released!

I am always getting digital simply because it saves money with no tax for it here! I got a big enough HD for it anyway!

I am so excited for this sonic game seeing how the sonic series is back on track to being awesome again!

I have to agree with @MadAussieBloke and @moomoo! i have barley play AC3 since i got it and i think its because it was a little boring for me. But ill probably end up finishing it before Black Flag comes out! This games look awesome though! Hopefully it'll be more exciting for me.

Well for me, the game did look awesome and the graphics were amazing. But i pretty much knew it wasnt going to happen. Got amazing games coming on the future anyway!

@Lionhart Yup, they play Wii games but i has to go into a different chip set for the Wii. So you would have to go into Wii mode i believe!

@unrandomsam I didnt get that far into because i got bored. I only saw what i played at the beginning of the game. So that's what I compared it to. The point of the argument was that the early games of the Nintendo Wii U cant really compare to the PS3 games because developers have gotten to where they know how the technology works. I was saying that TLOU looks great but the Wii U games that are out now, haven't really set that standard and aren't showing what the console can really do. But I see what u mean as I mentioned myself graphics aren't everything on its own. I think Shadows of the Eternal is pretty impressive compared to TLOU.

Let me say this about graphics aspect you guys are talking about. The only game i have seen so far to maybe outshine TLOU is Shadows Of The Eternal and it hasn't even come out and idk if it will. Its on kickstarter and if they reach there goal, i would say its a game to give PS3 a run for its money. It uses the Crytech engine and if u would like to see gameplay running on Wii U they have some up on youtube. I really hate when people get to talking bout specs and power and all this crap. For me, its games that make a console and if they look good and run good.

@JayMiller1988 Your post about PS4 having more interesting games is more opinion than fact. I've only found 1 interesting game for me on the ps4 vs the 5 or soo games i am interested in on the Wii U. Plus I heard the Wii U was 2x as more powerful or 50% however u wanna put it. Saying PS4 is 4x more powerful than the PS3 is nothing to brag about sense your saying its only 2x or 2.5x more powerful than the wii u!

@smashbrolink To be quite honest, i didnt feel like Sin and Punishment: Star Successor and Kid Icarus: Uprising were really on-rail. For one u could still move around in the screen in both games and move around on the freely on the ground in Kid Icarus. Plus you could see the person your are playing. Although the last onrail shooter i enjoyed was Dead Space Extraction, not many strike my fancy. Soo i dnt think it was quite dead yet.

Umm i am more happy with Online Co-OP then local Co-op tbh. This seems like a promising version of the game. Just because you people don't like the fact it doesnt have local co-op DOES NOT mean its a lazy port.

I wanted to rip out that hair in front of links face. Ugly character design as well. If your going to do a Zelda CGI movie, atleast make the characters look like the ones from the games!

Havent played MH3U yet, still have bought it. Would be nice to have this localized and be a free to play! It would be kinda stupid for the developers NOT make it for other countries to play!

@Chipmunk107 U mean link accounts on different consoles? Cause if there on the same console, u can still play any of the dl games on any of the accounts on that console.

I wonder why the muliplatform games such as Darksiders 2 and and Batman Arkham City, are sometimes a little more and some cases MUCH MORE on the Wii U than they are on the 360/PS3? Can someone explain this to me, i always wandered. As for the External Hard Drive thing, people new from the very beginning when they bought there Wii U they would need an external hard drive if your more of a digital person. Nintendo themselves even recommended it so i dnt even know why people would be complaining in the first place.

Haha soo ironic because somebody has just responded to me on this youtube video before i came to this site. I hope they upscale for Wii U though!

@SyntheticPerson Well, i believe before it was episodic and longer then 8 to 10 hours. Thats wut i meant bout sacrificing the campaign.

Guys I am pretty sure when they mean exclusive, there talking bout Console Exclusive (not including pc)!!! And everybody complains about the campaign time. Some people may jus do the story part and others take the time to explore and if there are side missions, they do those too. I hope they have side missions and other stuff to do and they mean the main story is 8 - 10 hours long.

I like the AC4 world and battles and stuff, but i havent at all gotten near to finishing AC3. I think i might just do the campaign in AC3 and forget about all the extra stuff to do on the side to jus finish it soo i can get this game. Now i wander if this is a PS4 demo and not PS3 cause I cant tell. And i am still debating if I wanna get Blacklist or not.

So I pledge $20 and hopes this game will launch. This does sound more reasonable then before but unfortunately they had to sacrifice the campaign for a more realistic goal. With that being said, i pledge $20 and will get the "free copy" when I launches so it sounds pretty resonable.

Well thats a little unfair, i pre-ordered my already but u HAVE TO pre-order them those days to get to dl the game a day early. they should have said preorder BY those days and then i think it would be fair.

Hmm that is kinda confusing , its ask for the princesses name and not the actual franchise as I read it. The questions on the show are a bit tricky.

I actually hope they release an update that puts a streaming type service on Wii u like PS4 has on it!

@koopakid saying that the game was awful is more of a personal opinion and NOT fact. From wut i saw it got decent to good ratings and players who have played it said that it was awesome (myself included). Also, it hasn't even been a year through the console life cycle and it still have a good 4 months still to have software release that are of good quality. Anyways, I rather have this game go mulit-platform and be released on ALL console and pc/mac rather than have it end here. It was such a good game to me. They could go into different countries with the next game if that were to happen. They might just have to tweek it for the other 2 console.

@ToadFan Well, when i saw the trailer to Wii Fit U it looked more like games and sports oriented. Actually to think about it, it looked more like a Wii Sports type games just with the balance board. I nvr had Wii Fit soo idk if thats how the first one was, but Wii Fit U looks fun to play while getting in shape.

I'm am surprised that Phoenix Wright or Professor Layton hasnt even been mentioned for Smash Bros. or maybe they have and i havent seen it. They would make great addition, although idk wut there moves or special powers would be

I was very disappointed in Nintendo regarding this. They only had a select few area and by the results of the poll, the majority didn't have one in the area. They really should had put demos on the Eshop instead. I only hope demos come later or us who weren't lucky enough to have this experience.

I dont understand how people are asking for a price cut when the new consoles got announced and the Wii u is STILL the cheapest one to get. Its is priced reasonably and it is pointless to drop the price of the console. It just need more/newer games for the console. Just simple as that.

Hmm interesting to see how many people are closed minded on this site. Especially on a Nintendo console at that. This is a very diverse list and i see a good many comments saying nothin on this list interest them to buy a Wii U. This leads me to believe they only play maybe a couple of select franchise or there only play games every once in a while and thats surprising to see on a website like this. Anyway i am looking forward to all these titles and them some that arent on the list as Wonderful 101, Batman, Splinter Cell didnt really make the list. But the second half of the year is going to epic for Wii U!
