Really depending on what peoples definition is of "next gen" , I consider it next gen because of the innovative way there using the controller. But if your basing Next Gen systems on graphics alone (which a lot of people do) then there wont be a next gen for a long time. Also because its there next system it is also next generation.

yea, I cant stand on-rail shooters. I though the WiiWare game were pretty horrible. Now if it was updated graphics and a FPS i might consider it.

Well, if parents would stopping buying there kids COD and BF maybe violence wouldn't be an issue. Let the mature audiences play the mature games and so on and so forth!

@Soviet-Dictator umm yea, I am sure you dont understand his post. He said "IF it runs like 360 or ps3". He didnt say it will! Also i dont by into this whole "true next gen console" crap. The leap from ps2 graphics and ps3 graphics are over now. Heck, most games on console cant even get a good 1080p out of them so exactly how "true" can next gen get?

Even though Aliens were a more original approach for them, everybody knew they used rabbids and i dont think people could take ubisoft seriously in terms of a mature game knowing they were rabbids. I think it was a smart move to make the change so people take the game more seriously.

@BenAV I think its more of a remake to a very old game then a sequel.

@Samholy outdated? umm yea since when??? last i checked, the other 2 consoles wont be out for another 2 or three years!!! Beside it has more innovation than the others so its a Next Gen console. FAR from outdated!!!

for me: ZombiU, NSMBU, Rayman Legends, Batman, Project P-100, Pikmin 3, Lego City, AC3, ME3, and maybe Nintendo land!

Umm yea, the only thing i remember for that "leaked trailer" was Exclusive Content not exclusive game for the wii u! Plus it would make no since if it was, since origins was multi-platform. I also saw someone sad it was "bad news" for the Wii U, it would only be bad news if it didn't come to Wii U!!! And I am pretty sure the reason they only showed the Wii U version off is Because the exclusive content and its probably the best version of the game!

@zork2 hmm, for something to look that good they would probably have to spend a whole lot more to make the console and sell the console for alot more money to make a profit. I don't think people would want to pay over $400 for a console. Besides games on consoles now-a-days cant even go over 720p. But maybe its more about supporting the engine that create's it and I still dont think the other 2 next gen console will be able to hold that engine.

I could care less!!! Even with my 360 console, i never played with people on my friends list, they were just there!

@Cyrso Well given the history, Nintendo's console's only go up to 5 or six year. Soo it wouldn't surprise me if they made a new one 2 or 3 years after the other company's launch there new ones. Plus Sony said that the PS3 will have a good 10 year life span!

I expect when the other systems come out they will be on par with the WIi U. Graphics wise the jump like the PS2 to the PS3 aren't going to happen. most games cant go over 720p so i am not worried. The hardware will be slightly new maybe by 1 or 2 years (Wii U going on 2009 hardware and the other 2 goin on 2010 or 2011 i assume) and i don't expect them to come out until 2014 or 2015 so Wii U will be in the bracket by itself for a couple of years.

For me, i felt like Nintendo won by the skin of there teeth. Just because of there new console and i was interested in half of there games compared to anyone else.

For me:
1. Nintendo: New console and a TON of game i am interested in.
2. Ubisoft: There Nintendo games and watch dogs
3. Sony: Like only two new games (NOT counting prequels and sequels). but still The Last Of Us looked boring and Beyond: Two Souls looked like Heavy Rain.
4. Microsoft: I think its hilarious there trying to compete with Nintendo new HD console which is more powerful with a built in touch screen controller with there own little "smart glass" app. besides that they had the new gears but i am done after the third one.
5. EA: They only had Dead Space 3 and I haven't even played Dead Space 2 and that looked really hard to play so yea. And it was mostly sports and i HATE sports game!!!

@LEGEND_MARIOID Yea, i thought they would have at least touch on the NFC since they added that because E3 last year it didn't have it!

@King_Boo probably because you personally arent interested in any. But for people like me who think Nintendo had a great Line-up of launch games, I see some big games in there.

@Bryon15 Obviously you must have been watching a different E3 this year, because e3 2008 was horrendous compared to this year! I will admit it wasnt a great conference, if anything it was ok. But NOT as bad as 2008!

Is this an exclusive or exclusive content?

As i recalled a while back in game informer an article about how gamers talk to each other and the language they use etc. has gotten ridiculously bad. I personally think this will make the online experience MUCH better than 360 and ps3. All i hear on there was trash talking and a lot of hacking too. But i do think 30 minutes wait is a little ridiculous wait time.

well, form what i have seen at the booth interviews and stuff no one has had problems with it. Sometimes the tv would say look at screen, others use the tablet for inventory. And some games are in real time soo people should have already been aware of things happening in the game as u look at the tablet and stuff. If that makes since.

Actually, now that i look and actually count the ones i am interested i count like 12 or 13 games not counting the maybes. So for me this is a great list.

My picks: batman, AClll, rayman, zombieU, p-100, MarioU, Nintendo land, Lego City, Pikmin 3, Aliens CM, ME3 (havent played the others but if i comes with a collection, ill give it a try), Dark Siders 2 , Rabbids Land (the trailers look funny!). And a couple of maybe like 2 or 3.

@Kitsune_Rei The Wii didn't NOT utterly fail! Cant stand it when people comes on here and say crap like that about Nintendo. They sold the most console out of this generation. And they had a decent catalog of games.

Soo i am assuming they meant they are showing new demos for games we already knew about!! THERE BETTER BE A NINTENDO DIRECT VIDEO EXPLAINING THIS YEARS E3!!!!
