Since the lqst updates my controllers wont synch until I connect them with a cable. Anyone else has this issue? I already updated the controllers

I'm actually enjoying it. It helps when I commute, but I don't spend real money on it. As a completely free experience it's not that bad. The game will fail if they do t adjust the prices

It depends on the country. In Mexico it's a terrible deal. They are charging way above the exange rate for the dollar. Nintendo always screws us here

Here in Mexico you can easily find them on Amazon. But for the price it's just more cost effective to buy a second switch

The Wii u game and DLC was amazing and I played it to death. But I haven't touched it in years. I'm glad those who didn't have a Wii u have a chance to play this game. It really seems worth the price if you never played the original.

Also retail price in Mexico is much higher than USA. It goes way beyond a fair conversion rate. Amazon is one of the few places that sells the games at a fair price. You get your game at the equivalent of 60 american dlls instead of 75 dlls (normal price in more stores)

Amazon Mexico took more pre orders than they could handle. I still haven't received my game and I'm a prime member. I usually don't have issues with them and they have good customer service. But they really should have stopped taking pre orders. At least three other friends don't have get their game yet.

I saw some gameplay on youtube. The game looks really basic and easy. It seems perfect for the little ones. But I dont think I'll be buying it. i need something more challenging like Yoshi's island.

They could just update the japanese version with english option. So whoever wants it can just download it from the japanese store. Then they wont need to censor or change the game

I don´t think that L and R will be analogue. The wii u pro controller doesn´t have them like that, so adding that feature would be useless since the wii u wouldn´t know how to handle it

yes, they should. snaking was the thing that ruined online for me in mario kart DS. you either do it or you lose. I don´t want the races transformed into hopping contests.
If this was intended, created and balanced as part of the development then that might change my decision

I´m confused. Isn´t harvest moon in 3d and customizable after a new beginning? and if natsume is still localizing games then why aren´t they doing connect to a new world, and lastly... why not on wii u

Edit: Ok, digging into the Natsume facebook page I got a little to think about.
Natsume is not localizing but developing and publishing this game. They are making their own "Harvest Moon", and story of seasons will be the classic japanese Harvest moon.

@nathatruc I have the same issue of the wii u crashing and not recognizing the usb drive, but only with wind waker, which I downloaded after the update. I re-formated the HDD and I´m re-downloading my games, I´ll see if that works.
Also, I´ve noticed a few hiccups, the wii u crashed once when going back to menu. Later I played time trial in MK8 and when I hit "retry" it took a lot to continue, but I´ll blame that last one on the downloads happening at the same time

I never liked fake item boxes since they don´t fool anyone. Only if they were not easy to tell appart they might have a chance. A fake coin to leave on the road might have been nice

for those with the game. is the game allowing more than one profile like in mario kart wii? or is it one shared save file? new super mario bros u has tree files, but they are all shared with other profiles, so I really don´t know what to expect

@DestinyMan I´m prety sure that captain falcon wouldn´t be using his ship in a mario kart game, maybe a toy version of it, like bowser´s clown car

@unrandomsam would you care to elaborate? I think you mean when disney makes movies out of classic tales, which are public domain. And they protect only (I assume) the parts that they add by themselves, like the names of the 7 dwarves etc. If you are talking about something else, please go on

@absuplendous well, you see, review sites actually get free copies of games from nintendo and other materials for them to use. I doubt they would be against them using them. they also have rules, I´ve watched mario kart 8 videos on youtube where the narrator says something along the lines of "I´m only allowed to upload a 5 minute clip, not the whole game"

I don´t get the problem with baby rosalina and pink gold peach. Baby rosalina was unavoidable from the moment baby daisy appeared in a game, she´s cute and there are a lot of rosalina fans out there. While pink gold peach is just a texture change (and stats I imagine) so it didn´t take much effort to make her, which means that she´s not actually taking the spot of other character, that would have taken more work and time. Unless that other character was gold mario, radioactive uranium luigi or wario man.

And about "smash bros kart", it doesn´t sound like it would work, but I´d support adding maybe sonic and/or kirby (on a warp star)

Sounds fair to me. I was ok when I heard that nintendo was claiming ad money for chanels that use their content, free advertising or not you can´t make money with other people´s work
