Exactly.
WE'RE the customers. WE'RE the ones that give them money. If anything, they should be thanking fans for sticking with them this long. At this point, Nintendo has mainly been a smaller community. THESE ARE THE REASONS WHY PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO BUY ANYMORE.

I've been very unhappy with NoA as of, at least, the last 4 years. This is absolutely ridiculous. IF EUROPE AND AUSTRALIA, PAL regions mind you, HAVEN'T BEEN GETTING SCREWED OVER, THAT'S PRETTY SAD (no offense to you guys, but I mean as PAL regions, you guys have usually got the short end of the deal).

I am pretty sure at the end of the day, Reggie is the one who makes the final call. If he is, he should be outed. He's a jerk and completely ignores the fans. NINTENDO OF AMERICA LITERALLY DOESN'T CARE FOR THEIR FANS. LOOK AT ALL THE EVIDENCE IN AT LEAST THE PAST 4 YEARS!

They don't even care for things they know to be cash cows (Amiibos, bundles, etc). SO DON'T GIVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT "THEY WANT TO MAKE MONEY", I USE THE EUROPE THING AGAIN. IF THEY HAVE MORE STOCK, THAT'S REALLY SAD. Don't defend something if it's wrong, you only encourage them. I'm not saying be a jerk when you complain to/about them, but give NoA some backlash, not just for the Regular New 3DS, but for all these recent issues. If a child does something wrong, you let them know; it's the same for a company, but on a larger scale.

I've just about had it with NoA. I'm not buying the New 3DS XL. I'm gonna wait for all this backlash they so rightfully deserve for all the stuff they've put us through to sink in. If not, consider my business with them done. I hope that some of you give them some (polite) backlash as well.

I have to go with Melee. It was one of the first, if not the first, video game I've ever played. I still play it.

Smash Wii U is second. I have some problems that if they weren't there, it'd top Melee:

  • Some items really seem cheap (Galaga, Bug, ones like that).
  • I can't say I enjoy fighting Master Hand/Crazy Hand/Master Core. Some of their moves are just really cheap.
  • I'm not really a fan of the automatic Smash thing (that red beam... I don't know if that's the name).
  • In the Stage Builder, things count as a bit too much weight. Plus, there aren't too many obstacles like in Brawl; tis a shame.

Other than that, it is a wonderful game.

My first game of Pokemon that I owned is Sapphire, but it'd come in 3rd.
And while Emerald is better than Sapphire, Sapphire is just a tinge closer to me.

Diamond is my second because of how many fond memories I have of it.
Even though Platnium blows the originals out of the water (that online, though), I just have a stronger connection to Diamond.

SoulSilver had the most content that was worth coming back to. Best remake, even superior to the great LeafGreen and Alpha Sapphire.

Note that I love all the Pokemon games and that I'm just listing my first/main versions of the 2s that are listed.

I hope character customization is a thing, cause I really dislike how May/Haruka looks, regular and contest. And while I'm okay with Brendan, he could be slightly more faithful to the originals (pants pants and hair-wise), but Brendan doesn't really bother me all that much.
I just want Character Customizations and for the original and Emerald designs to be options for the characters.
It'd be great if it was for both outside and Contests, but just outside would be enough... I guess (even though I really dislike May's new design).

Last time I saw, the gay marriage was actually a game-breaking glitch. I'm pretty sure they fixed, but I'm not sure if it's still there. If so, I'd love to have it in the game. If it was removed with the update, I'd be okay, but a bit disappointed.

As a conservative myself (and a 9th Grader), I can say, not every conservative is a racist, homophobe, or sexist. And Fox News isn't bad either; take a look at other networks. You should also realize that there are plenty of those people on the left as well.
If you're going to insult somebody, at least get your facts straight.
If you want to continue this fight, please, go to my Tumblr of the same name (and please, don't be anonymous).
You should also realize that a good portion of the users on Nintendo Life aren't from the States, so why would you even bring US politics into this?)

Also, while we're talking about games that never made it, some games may actually make it to the West.

NOTE THAT ALL OF THE LISTED HERE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE eShop, AS THEY ARE ALL ON THE JAPANESE eShop
I mean, Takamaru got his own game in Nintendo Land, so maybe Nazo no Murasame-jo can come over.
Fire Emblem (original) should definitely come over, as Fire Emblem is selling like hotcakes.
Lastly, Shin Onigashima...... yeah... I don't have much hope for, but, they had a trophy in Melee.... and if Nazo no Murasame-jo is released as sells enough.... it MAY HAVE A CHANCE OF COMING.

And I want to make a quick mention of this, for those of you who want Project Mirai released in the West.... if you look at the community, isn't it a bit weird that the title of the community is listed in English for English readers?
We can only hope that that means a release in the West....

I will say this over and over again:
"Nintendo...... IT CAUGHT THE UGLY!"

That isn't to say, this was quite ingenious.

At first, I thought it was a joke. Then I found it was real. Then I panicked. I calmed down about the ugliness and realized:
"It's an awesome idea, BUT WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO UGLY?!"
I actually used this as a comparison to my 3DS-less friends. They agreed with me and said:
"Nah, we'll just get the 3DS."

Other than it being REALLY REALLY UGLY (I am sorry to continuously stress this fact out, but it's true!), it is a very good idea.
I just hope it won't be a GameBoy Micro....

I think that they will:

  • reveal more about X/Y (duh)
  • reveal more about the starters and legendaries (good chance)
  • reveal more Pokemon (I don't see why this wouldn't be true)
  • reveal the types for the starters (perhaps. But please, no Fire/Fighting, and please have Water/Electric. PLEASE! Also, Grass/Dark or Grass/Steel is good)
  • reveal more about Team Flare and/or the story and/or more characters/gyms (good chance, but I might be overdoing it)
  • reveal if or not they have backward compatibility (I don't see why it can't, especially if you have things like Dream Radar)
  • reveal a new character or 2 for Smash Bros (over-wishing, but possible. Please be Mewtwo! I don't care if I need to use his new form, I just want my precious Mewtwo back!)
  • reveal that Pokemon game/new Wii U title (okay, now I'm really over-wishing)

I might be overdoing it, but a man can dream.
But let's just hope for the best (and I'm assuming it's about 10 minutes, like the last one)!

Well, look at it this way:

If a parent (or anybody really) isn't really a gamer, and their friend/kid want a new DS, here's what would happen:
"Hmm..... my friend/kid wants the newest DS. No, that's a regular. No that's a 2. Ah ha! a 3! That's gotta be the newest!"

And if they were over-protective (I mean the way I see it, Parental Controls on devises are usually for those that are over-protective, but if they are really young, there are reasons for it..... I guess..), there are settings in the 3DS already! You don't need to be a techie to figure it out! Look at the manual, look it up online (which if they have Parental Controls, you can't tell me they don't know how to work the Internet).
