Re: We Might Now Know Why Swapnote For 3DS Got "Remastered" Last December

@JaxonH I was simply criticizing your usage of the term "incentive" as he was unaware of the $1600 figure before doing his thing. "Incentive" would only make sense if Nintendo pre-authorized some public reward/bounty.

I only visit this page like once a month lol. Not going to not respond to something merely because it's"old" which is subjective here on the internet

Re: Crysis Remastered Switch eShop File Size Revealed

These remakes always leave me pessimistic with questions like:
1. Will the entire game actually come on the cartridge? Witcher 3 was bigger and came 100% on the cart, so this has NO excuse.
2. Will fundamental Switch features e.g. gyro aiming be included? LOL probably not, Nintendo has dropped all their third party standards since the Wii.
3. Frame pacing. Locked 30. PLEASE.

"Nintendo has already confirmed the upcoming Switch release won't be compatible with cloud backups either, in order to avoid manipulation of time."

YOU CAN STILL MESS WITH TIME THROUGH THE CONSOLE YOU F***ING DUMBTENDO

This does nothing to stop the thing they want to stop, all while screwing over everyone who is paying for their useless f***ing online service. Amazing developers, s****y executives abound.

My wife and I share an island. She now wants her own Switch and copy of the game, but doesnt want to have to start all the way over.

You;d think in 2020 (current year argument sry not sry LOL) there'd be a simple solution. Nintendo is actively stopping certain people from buying new Switches + extra copy xD it's the only game she'd buy a Switch for.

Gun meet foot. That's $260 MSRP per person they are turning down due to some absolutely useless policy.

Re: Mario Kart 8 Is Now Five Years Old

Unless they revamp the game a la Double Dash, I don't see how they could improve it other than improve online features (LOLOLOL NINTENDO IMPROVE ONLINE). They need to add more content like tracks. Also #NukeBlueShell

Re: Feature: Nintendo Life eShop Selects - May 2019

BadWaluigi2

Completely disagree with RE4 as #1. It runs fine but the lack of features ie motion control/aiming makes this yet another lazy RE4 port. Thats a good honorable mentions list of games but ultimately it comes down to them being older overpriced re-releases. Brothers is a fantastic experience but let's get real - it's been about $2 on every other platform since 2015 lol

Re: Resident Evil 4 On Switch Is Missing Something Pretty Major For Nintendo Fans

BadWaluigi2

@ShaiHulud his point is that not all motion control games are created equal. You probably played a few crappy implementations and rendered it useless and stupid. I think he's suggesting people use motion control when it's applied properly and to the right games. Regardless, I don't really count pointing at the screen "motion" control. It's just a better way to aim in this game, pure and simple.

These RE4 ports since the ps3 have all been incredibly lazy. The Wii version IMO is still the only worthy remkae/port. This version not having basic Switch upgrades like motion and gyro controls is just par for the course. I wish Nintendo was like their old selves and forced companies to put in effort if they want their game on their platform. Now it's just Steam Greenlight anything goes garbage.
