I'm really glad that people have different tastes, that sometimes give me a fresh experience, even if I don't like it.

@ThomasBW84 Thanks for reporting on all Nintendo-related news, for me these reports are very interesting. Only wished they had total numbers for consoles as well. And included eShop sales.

Can't wait to get my hands on this! The game looks great.

And also excited to see what Retro will be giving us next.

Of course this isn't good news, as games sells consoles and some of EA's franchises is quite popular.
But I'm getting too old to bother anymore, haven't even got time to play all the games from other publishers, so BF4 will be my last EA game ever. (That release alone was enough to push me away from them...)

@CaviarMeths In the FAQ this is stated:

-What languages will the game be available in?

"The game will be developed with English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, and Spanish translations."

My guess is that the 2.15m stretch goal is including additional voice-overs on all of the conversation during in-game.
And the 750k goal is just so they can hire two experienced translator that have worked with Matsuno earlier. So this is just to assure that the translations will be high quality.

They should have made this clearer on the project-page.

Now that they lowered the stretch-goal for 3DS I had to back this up.
Hopefully they will blast trough the 1.5m mark and maybe include Wii U support later on.

They have updated the stretch goal for 3DS to 1.5m now. That should be reachable.

Wish him all the best of luck. I think they will have set the ship straight (and earn money again) by the end of FY 2014.

@SavantSupreme That's not a bad idea, I think that a lot of people would find the WiiU more "next-gen" if it had a big hard-drive implemented. And maybe also a different look could help with separating it from the old Wii.

Marketing, marketing and more marketing. Shovel some billion yen at it, to make sure that people actually know that this is NOT the Nintendo Wii with some accessories.

This year was great, and the blindfolded runs of those punch-out games was awesome! The hours they put in those games are just crazy.
But the best about this; Gamers donating over $1million to a good cause!

I find the streetpass games very entertaining, it's a great feature! And whenever I'm traveling I try to stick my 3DS with me whenever I walk around.

After the way they handled the BF4 release on PC, they need to do something quite special to make me buy another EA game.

There is more then enough games to choose from apart from EA games.

@Spoony_Tech Totally agree. I don't see the problem with this, it's basically just an built-in "easy-mode" for those who don't want to spend time on the game. If people wanna support Square-Enix with money (for something they could get for free) then fine, but they shouldn't complain if this then get implemented in future games.
I'm pretty sure this will not ruin my experience with the game, and if it does I will not buy their next one...

Why would developers ever demand it? Nintendo really need to focus on the demand of the customers on these issues. That might help them to push more systems.

Highly recommended! Find it more creative and challenging then the core game. Easily worth the price, and really nice to have it avaiable whitout an extra disc.

Just gotta say it, I like New Super Luigi U better then the original game.

Fail. I would've bought this if I felt I was getting an equal version compared to the other consoles. My money will go elsewhere then.

Bought it today with MGS:SE, and it really makes the game easier to play, compared to when I tested the demo.
