Think I saw a Wario running near the beginning of the video as well.

Gamecube and N64 numbers make me sad because of how great those system were imo.

Wii U also had some great exclusive games (well some have been ported to the Switch) but they made a muck of everything else regarding the console starting from the name.

People complaing about the period starting from only 1 month ago, they didn't have to do it at all...

If people didn't do their homework on the revised model releasing and still bought one that is their fault. Likely people like that won't even know about this anyway.

Those look like PS4 joysticks, prefer non-horizontal personally.

Bit surprised Xbox is higher than Switch, seems like the perfect game for portable console but I guess most people would be playing offline on the go.

@Woder It doesn't support bluetooth headsets so no.

The dpad and smaller size are nice for certain people but given it is a handheld only console there is no logical reason to not have improved battery life.

$329 AUD and an original is $388 AUD...

If I bought something for 60K I'd want it to be obtained in person, there is no way this got lost by accident.

@retro_player_22 Even for the target audience it doesn't really offer that much to justify a new model release... It just seems like a removal of features for a small price drop.

As a handheld only console it should at least offer a reasonable difference in batttery life compared to the over 2 year old original console.

Plus by the time the Pro comes out next-gen will be here or very close to release, will be bad timing.

The more I hear about this the more disappointing it seems, d-pad is the only thing I like about it.

That is impossible as 3 years have already passed as of July 6th.

Also Clash of Clans and Clash Royale make bank in China which aren't even included in those figures shown.

Exclusive Gym leaders... Huge red flag for me, not a fan of that.

I never said 3rd party but it is hard to censor them on Wii U when there wasn't many.

They censored Xenoblade on Wii U, I know it isn't 3rd party but that is what I was meaning.

They censored games on Wii U but nice to see the change of heart.

The game is actually difficult tbh, normal feels more like hard in other games.

Everyone seems to be not understand why it is better than these "cheap" cables everyone says work fine but this has no input lag like those cables (which also why it is 480p and not any higher).

Perhaps input lag isn't an issue for some but it is for me personally as a primarily PC gamer nowadays it makes a big difference.

Hopefully this or something similar is released with PAL compatibility, the joys of being in Australia when regions mattered.

Will give it a look on digital, I don't bother to fork out for Cinema with such short turnarounds nowadays.

The games had to be playable at E3 so the list was always going to be easier to get on since you could play Pokemon there unlike other RPGs .

Despite not knowing him or his content it really resonates with me as someone who has suffered with anxiety and depression for quite some time.

Hopefully he will be at peace now.

Pro Evo Soccer isn't trash, neither is Formula 1 series or Cricket 19 but the sport is more niche.

@Fazermint Was surprised to find PS4 version has long ones as well, hopefully they can fix them.

Pre-ordering a game 10 or so months away from release just seems crazy to me but what do I know.

Japan loves mobile technology so there is no surprise here really, playstation has never sold huge there.

They could honestly just add new tracks and characters as DLC rather than making a whole game but wouldn't complain with a MK9.

@Tirza This is the same company that said watching others "isn't fun" when asked when they didn't add the ability to stream from the console like ps4/xb1.

And now they go and hold a 'casual tournament' with people like you and me playing, makes no sense.

Casual viewers aren't going to watch tournaments regardless because they just don't care or have time for it.

This just seems like a slap in a face for those who actually care about competitive smash (I don't personally).

Every stream I've seen of the game the streamer ignores the dialog or skips through it to get to the next event. Will be the same for me when picking the game up on sale.
