Re: Don't Worry, The Rumble in Snake Pass Will Be Fixed Soon

AlwaysGreener

I don't really see the point in rumble, i'm surprised it hasn't died off by now. HD Rumble seems like an improvement, yet there are no games yet, that truly utilizes it to make it feel like a refinement of the tired feature. I mean there's 1,2 Switch, but it's mundane at best. I hope to see a game in near future that precisely shows what it could do, while also having a great time. So I hope a game like ARMS can deliver on that promise.

Re: Reggie Fils-Aimé Promises "A Big E3" For Nintendo This Year

AlwaysGreener

It's best not bring high expectations to E3 for any event, whether it's for Nintendo, Sony, etc. I believe it's going to be good, but i'm not believing in over exaggerated rumors of another Metroid or Mother 3 localization in the prospect of something of like that not being announced. The point is you shouldn't raise the bar too high or else you'd be disappointed one way or another.

Re: Developer Survey Reveals Worrying Lack Of Interest In Nintendo Switch

@NEStalgia I see, well you're not wrong about those Playstation Forums, if ever you want to see delusional Sony fanboys then you'll find a treasure trove of them on that site. But what I like about PushSquare is that it shares the same anti-vulgarity policies as with NintnedoLife, making arguments on such sites a bit more clean and orderly, instead of the constant coarse language spewed between commenters. Something more sites should implement or enforce as bit more. I wouldn't say PushSquare is elitist since there are commenters like myself who also go on that site and come here to see what's new with Nintendo. Yes there are few on PushSquare who don't care for anything Nintendo, but that usually stays in PushSquare. If anything it's more of a preference then elitism, but I can understand that there might be some bad apples that might descend to that level, but that's rarely seen.

Thank you for replying to my comment to clear things up and I apologize if my comment came out as a little crass.

Re: Video: Nintendo Releases Localised ARMS Character and Weapon Showcases

@WiltonRoots Well commenters have the right to express their skepticism's and concerns. If you don't like their 'misery' then just ignore them, since their not hurting the sales for the game. I mean i'm sure as heck that i'm picking this game up along with the Switch, when it eventually comes out, and if they are people who don't really care for game like this, then it's fine for them to express that their not interested in it or not interested in it at the moment, it's just how things are.

@NEStalgia

"Push Square floats along on it's endless PC-minded "G@m3rz, lol" ranting mentality."

I'm assuming you've never been to PushSquare or you haven't been to it for a long time. I understand that you're a fan of Nintendo and that's fine, but PushSquare doesn't really roll like that, well not that I have ever seen. I haven't seen the whole "endless PC-minded" articles, I just see news about what's new with Playstation, and I don't really see rants in comment section on PushSquare (If you want to see it for yourself then be my guest), but BOY do I see it here on NintendoLife that's for sure.

I'm not trying to be ostentatious or calling you out on anything, but I just felt that what you said was a bit erroneous to what actually goes on at that site.

Re: Rumour Buster: No, GameSpot Didn't Just Reveal Dark Souls 3 For Nintendo Switch

AlwaysGreener

For those who are unaware of the series, it's basically an arduous version of Zelda, but with role playing elements and a medieval flavor. It's a great series with good music, writing, and voice acting, though much of the lore is explained via item descriptions. If any one of these games gets ported to the Switch, I'd highly recommend picking them up, well if it they do get ported that is.

Re: Nintendo Switch Stays On Top in Japan Despite Sharp Week Two Decline

AlwaysGreener

@BiasedSonyFan Well I thought we we're talking about a what if scenario where The Xbox one, PS4, and The Switch were launched at the same time. I didn't say it wouldn't have sold half it's numbers I said it would've sold less due to more competition on the market at that time, it would still sell well, but it probably wouldn't be at 1.5 million.

The only joke I see here is you making mountains out of molehills from a what if scenario, overreact much pal?

Re: Nintendo Switch Stays On Top in Japan Despite Sharp Week Two Decline

AlwaysGreener

@BiasedSonyFan Yep, The Switch would sell less due to if it had launched near the PS4 and Xbox one launch of that season. It'll still sell well, but it be wouldn't be 1.5 million due to a sudden congested market of new hardware. Most people would rather spend their money on 'Next-Gen' consoles at launch then buying a secondary like the Switch, if given the choices. Of course you would leave that part out, since people like you are so predictable and pretentious as always.

Re: Nintendo Switch Stays On Top in Japan Despite Sharp Week Two Decline

AlwaysGreener

@BiasedSonyFan Probably. If you have three competing consoles released at the same time, then sales would suffer due to multiple choices being brought to the consumer. Then it'll be up to the consumers taste and preferences whether he/she wants an Xbox,PS4 , or Switch. Although no consoles would be "squashed", sales would still be fine, but the numbers wouldn't be as big, since there would be more competition during that season. The so yeah, the Switch would do well in that situation, but it probably wouldn't be 1.5 million, due to a crowed launch period.
