As many of you are no doubt aware, today saw the launch of a massive new update to Pokémon GO which adds in over eighty new Pokémon from Generation II, along with various other changes and additions.

Naturally, this means that the two new Eeveelutions from Generation II — Espeon and Umbreon — are making their debut, and it didn't take very long for the fanbase to figure out how to make Eevee evolve into them.

Some of you may remember the naming trick that was discovered this summer, in which giving an Eevee a particular name would decide which of the three possible evolutions it would become once evolved. Now, it's been discovered that the same trick works on Espeon and Umbreon.

If you'd like an Espeon, name the Eevee "Sakura", and if you'd like an Umbreon, name the Eevee "Tamao".

What do you think? Do you like the new update? Did you try this out on your own? Drop us a comment in the section below.
