Re: Metroid Prime 4: Beyond Credits Reveal A Plethora Of Assist Devs, Including Next Level Games

@Dang_69 @SplatRay001 honestly, the number of companies that contributed to this game is fairly normal as far as major video game titles are concerned. Just about every major game has a whole number of companies contributing to various things such as art assets, QA, localization, sound/music/voice, etc. In this list alone, I see a lot of the usual suspects, like Virtuos, Keywords, House of Moves.

Re: Princess Peach's New Voice Actor Has Been Confirmed

@Lizuka exactly. And Nintendo's not the only company that does it. Literally every company has done this at one point or another. And a lot of the time, it's usually because they "decided to go in another direction." Companies aren't as loyal to English VAs like they are to Japanese VAs.

Re: Random: Yep, Metal Gear Solid 3's Eva Was Voiced By The Little Mermaid

@GameOtaku a lot of people online had actually speculated it was her for many years.

For my part, I realized it was her when I heard her voice as Asenath from the animated movie Joseph: King of Dreams and it sounded so similar to her voice as EVA. And I also realized that she did it under a pseudonym because of her work for Disney; the late voice actress Mary Kay Bergman did the same thing back when she was the voice of nearly all the female characters in South Park and was also the voice of Snow White at the time.

Re: PlayStation Exclusive Platformer Tomba! Is Getting A Nintendo Switch Release

@KingMike I know next to nothing about Tomba's licensing situation (I don't think anyone does except the powers that be that are involved) but I think back then they had said it was some kind of emulation issue with the US version that took some time to overcome? I might also be talking out of my ass here but I wonder if licensing had to do with the different soundtrack for the US version? Like something had to be cleared?

Re: Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 To Fix A "Number Of Issues" Post-Launch

@EaglyBird Kojima is still in the credits of the actual games themselves. The Kojima Productions logo is still there, the "A Hideo Kojima Game" credit is still there and the "Directed by Hideo Kojima" credit is still there. It's the credits for the Master Collection that don't have his name, since he's no longer with Konami and had nothing to do with this re-release of his games.
