I love the total number of stages and fighters that are available, but I wish they made more of the fighters unlockables and I especially wish they started off with about 1/2 the total number of stages like in Melee. The joy of unlocking the stages, modes and characters after putting in all that work or getting them by surprise was one of the best things about the game.

While I think Smash Wii U is a fantastic game, I just felt like I was given too much from the get go.

@hypercoyote Well said good sir, I'm in two minds as whether to accept the offer as it is just a larger 3DS. But I do like to collect things and whether I later realise that I don't want it anymore and sell it or not is my own decision, not there's.

To anyone who has purchased it, do you see if it comes in a special box?

Also, I bought like 5 wii u games for christmas and I have a few 3ds games. Bought a handful of eshop games too

The thing is, is that everyone is judging it from a western perspective and what we deem to be appropriate for us in the US and Europe (in my case). But we don't stop to think about cultural differences in Japan.

I know for a fact if Japanese people started pointing out things they saw as flaws in our viewpoints we wouldn't have any of it and would list why they are wrong and we are right, because "we know what is right".

The fact of the matter is that this is a Japanese game being released abroad and as a result there will be some cultural differences causing debate, but do we really need to spend a whole talking point discussing if she is overly sexualised because she wears something that is from her games and makes her look attractive.

I SAY NAYYYYYY!!!

(Also men don't all look like muscle bound Little Macs and C. Falcons so life isn't fair)
