i've been thinking about it since people online have been kind of in a froth at the idea that this needs to sell well for another to be meade lately and, do we need another klonoa? countargument is "what does 'need' even mean here" I guess but I don't know why we can't just let dormant series lie sometimes, and that's as a klonoa fan

i was with you on rocket league until the other day i popped it in for a quick match and it said i needed 12gb free on my sd for an update, took me an hour and a half with ethernet and by that point the moment had passed

i suppose my one issue is it feels weirdly slower comparatively, like the mega man 11 "the walk cycle feels slower than the walking speed" kind of issue. i dunno if thats just placebo but even with mallow's punching it feels decidedly less punchy

i do think that limiting the scope of these nintendo musou games to one game of the franchise can do wonders for plot and characterization (age of calamity's shaky time nonsense foundation aside,) but i don't think it will ever have quite the appeal as ostensibly a series-focused smash cast

@sirmrguitardude again, i'm willing to bet most people going to nintendo world are doing it for the experience of seeing mario's world in real life in some fashion, the muzak is by far not the largest part of that (and is generally somewhat drowned out at theme parks to begin with)--its not exactly a substitute to just listen to it at home

also, there's the whole "power band" thing that's both an attraction (in very loose terms) and incentivizes walking around the park

@sirmrguitardude this is maybe the most hilarious justification for anything i've ever read and i'm halfway convinced you're taking the piss, if this was the case absolutely nobody would be going to disney world for the last (X) years given the ten thousand versions of "It's A Small World" and its ilk both online and in simple pastiche in film, same with the food there

absolutely nobody is going to a theme park just to hear the music, and anyone could tell you experiencing a thing is different from looking at its composite parts (which is literally what the park is marketed around: being an experience)

still not over them poking fun at the gaming industry, as usual, in their showcase, followed by releasing 3 games for a subscription-only netflix mobile service

i mean, the clear reason to get the capcom collections are the online multiplayer and rebalancing/bugfixing (along with other creature comforts like training mode, museum features, etc.), i don't know why that's so confusing to so many people
