@Yrreiht translated Monster Hunter sounds kind of kiddy and Americans are particular about those things. I don't care about the name but insecure teens do and they introduce a huge market for Capcom

I loved mh3u on my 3ds and Wii u but I think Capcom should consider renaming the franchise in the west and promote 4 like it's an original game. Call it "Dragonfall" or something. With the 3 ds huge right now the right advertising could get millions of sales in the states, just saying

300 bucks is a more realistic price for the Wii u. Sell it at a loss this holiday season, right now Nintendo needs more adopters and can't always be afraid of risk.

@rjejr I think Nintendo is still in a good spot this holiday. The 3ds was the same issue. There simply were no mainstream games it's first year, hopefully Nintendo will package in Nintendoland and sell the thing at 299. Activision stated a few months ago that they were afraid of the dismal Wii u sales but afraid of the industry as a whole. The space might be smaller due to the iPad and the tablet market.

@rjejr as much as we all wanted a Metroid Prime out of Retro people love Donkey Kong Country and it's one of the few western titles that do well in Japan.

The reviewer didnt like the music? Techno is pretty fitting for this type of game.

I see sales picking up this holiday season when more consumers feel a reason to pick up the console. We all knew Pikmin 3 is fantastic but not a mainstream system seller.

@Rafie I meant barely take 2nd from Microsoft. Nintendo owns 50% of the industry right now no way was I saying Sony was almost 1st. I think Sony will be fine but they had a despicable last 8 years losing almost a billion one year.

I buy Nintendo consoles for Nintendo games, ever now and then Capcom comes along with a great title like Monster Hunter Ultimate and I'll buy that. Sony survived off of 3rd party with the ps and ps2, but gamers want quality and forced Sony to adopt 1st party developers like Naughty Dog to barely take the 2nd place spot from Microsoft. The industry is shifting to want 1st party games they can trust are good. I'll buy assassins creed 4 and watch dogs but all other 3 rd party developers can keep their games in their safety net xbox 360 and ps3 and hope to get some accidental purchases.

Myamoto games never Dissapoint. From the moment you start playing this game just fills the player up with excitement. I don't know how this guy does it.

Tablets haven't seemed to stop the 3ds so why would Nintendo try and break into that competitive space? It's not that realistic of an idea.

I didn't get my day early download code from gamestop so I'm hoping that comes through, It's midday saturday and I'm kind of waiting for the email.

Me and my brother were talking about how they should make a controller complete game that you move around to go left and right and only use the thumb pad to walk forward and back. Doom would be a great way to introduce this type of gameplay. I'm really surprised Nintendo hasn't done this yet.

The only thing bad is the "hd" label. Putting hd was the iPhone 4 thing 3 years ago, so it feels old to put that in front, just let the hd be assumed.

Carmack hasn't released a decent game in a long time.

IGN is all shock articles, to get attention. The games coming up for Wii will be uncontested. The ps4 and xbox 1 don't have any games just a few 3rd party titles all of which the good ones are coming out on Wii u also.

The only good f zero and star fox were the originals. Everything after was sad. Only Retro pulled that off with Metroid.

Assassins creed 3 last year was the only ubisoft game worth buying for wii u

The first final fantasy tactics was amazing. So I hope they are taking inspiration from that one only.
