Re: Soapbox: Why We Should Expect More From The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker HD

I saw it at best buy and I got to play it. It looked fantastic and played well. It was the best feeling Zelda I've ever played albeit short. I've never played past the first part of Wind Waker and this gives me more interest. It's a good holiday game that fits well with the other games and it wil encourage gamers and non gamers to pick up a Wii U rather than have only donkey kong.

Re: First Impressions: Yoshi's New Island

@Fillytase it's stylistic art. The editor is too young and sounds like he never played the original. He thinks Yoshis Story was a proper Yoshi game. After reading the article I got a guy who's simply out of touch with the product he played and held biased opinions from the get go.

Re: Iwata: We Are To Blame For Poor Wii U Sales

I think Iwata's done what he should be doing so far. He hasn't caved and released games too early. He's public ally apologizing like he did when the 3ds sales were bad. Now the games just need to shine. He should have released a wii sports type game though and the advertising last year was horrendous that confused people. They need advertising that blatantly says the new Nintendo console in hd. Then have the dad want to watch his game and have the kid switch the game to remote play. Have him click the Internet button to discover how to beat a Mario level followed by adding a drawing or comment into miiverse. Then instead of telling leave them with a question "the possibilities are endless, what will U play next?" And yes Nintendo you have my permission to use that.

Re: Feature: The Big Nintendo E3 Survey

Nintendo had much better games. We played Mario 3d world and it was a complete blast. That game alone might just steal the show this holiday season. The launch games look really bad for psone.

Re: First Impressions: Skylanders Swap Force

This game looks great, but the problem is kids were bored with the second skylanders. I want to play it and beat it, but if the kids would rather play Disney since its new and characters they are familiar with I see Activision having a tough time holding on. Especially if Disney is preparing for war.

Re: Ubisoft Scaling Back Support For Wii U, Expects Price Cut To Bolster Sales

This is the first Holiday season I might actually buy an ubisoft title, come on last year was garbage. The problem with 3rd party developers on the wii u is their hesitation. Of course nobody's going to buy raving rabbids and a 7.0 zombie u title. Nintendo tried hard to help your sales with packaged consoles, but you've got to release a hit first.
