@RobTheIII As a Londoner of 43 years I don’t get this characterisation of our city I hear all the time. 10 million people live here and we’re all spoiled jerks? Not just a load of ordinary people who happen to live in one place? Most people here are just like everywhere I’ve been in the U.K.

Most interesting thing out of the GENKI stuff is the magnetic circular connector on the back of their case. They currently make an external USB-C ssd enclosure called Savepoint. That attaches to things with a circular magnet, like iPhone MagSafe. This implies that GENKI think that you can attach external hard drives.

@Bunkerneath Sadly, nothing helps. I've cleared cookies in every browser, deleted all my browser histories. Used a fresh install of Firefox, chrome etc and still the same errors. Tried on PC, iPhone, Mac, even my Steam Deck. I think my account on there is just borked.

Edit: Some progress. Got an email saying that they've escalated my issue up the chain. We shall see

Good lord. It's still broken for me. Since the reopening in August I haven't been able to log in. I thought thought this downtime might fix the problem as the support chat I had suggested they were working on fixing my issue. Sadly, I still get one of three errors.

412 PRECONDITION_FAILED

"400 BAD_REQUEST",
"message" : "USID has already been assigned to another user."

or

500 Internal Server Error

Doesn't matter what computer/phone browser I use.

EDIT: oh and my Son's account logs in fine

I had two instances where a refund would've been the right thing for them to do. First I bought Axiom Verge on the Wii U instead of the Switch (the pages look identical) and the other was when I discovered that The Sexy Brutale is largely unplayable on Switch.
