The other day I was at my local Gamestop to pick up a Wii U game. I was browsing the 3 shelves that they had with Wii U games. And I thought: "Holy crap. The Wii U has no games." I already own NSMBU, NintendoLand, Batman Arkham City and Tekken Tag 2. Why would I buy a game with no DLC or no online on Wii U when I can pick it up on my PC? The third party developers use the same excuse, that nobody buys their games on the platform so they're not gonna develop for it anymore. Well here's an idea: PUT THE DLC, ONLINE, AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IS ON THE PS360 VERSIONS ON THE WII U SO THAT PEOPLE WILL BUY YOUR GAME.
........what the heck is going on in Nintendo's office..... Reggie, Miyamoto and Iwata are probably having a That 70s Show circle, unaware that thier company is going down the drain....
This is buisness. Not happy-friend-buddy time. For once, I'm going to have to say that I agree with EA on this one. Why in hell and on earth would you develop for a system that nobody is buying? This is why other companies are not developing for this system, because nobody is buying it. I think that the Wii U either needs a price drop, or more first party games in order to sell.
No gamepad? Nobody's gonna buy it. It is weaker than the upcoming PS4/X1, and is $349, which is $50 cheaper than the PS4. When people go holiday shopping, I think they're going to invst in the PS4, if the Wii U doesn't have anything innovative to bring to the table.
@WiiURockz NBA 2K is awaesome first of all, but the thing is, it's not just 2K. EA dropped out (although they claim they still have games in development, that's total BS) and we aren't getting any of the multiplat games that the other consoles get. I know the Wii never got them either, but I thought things would be different this time around, but I thought wrong. I'd be surprised if COD actually comes to the Wii U. Like I said previously, if Nintendo doesn't blow me away with this year's E3, I'm switching over to the PS4. Smash Bros better be good.
I never played or watched Po,emon as a kid, because my parents were strict on religion. Looking back on it now, I feel like I missed out on something amazing.
