Re: Scalpers Are Already Reselling Analogue Pocket Systems For Insane Prices Online

@cleveland124 it's essential to use social media for your products these days, otherwise you will never be able to get enough sales. So i totally agree with you. It's not the fault of Analogue that there are scalpers. It's the fault of the government and used product policies that caused scalping to become so popular. If they acted earlier and made scalping only possible for actual businesses like stores etc. then this was never going to be a thing. And yes, covid and manufacturer shortages are also part of the reason but it is not the only reason.

We have to make scalping illegal, so they would go to jail. This is like selling weed on the internet tbh. It's just a horrible thing to do.

Edit: I get so pissed over scalpers as i don't have 220 dollars to spend each month on new electronica. So i have to wait for sales or restocks when i do have the money but if they keep selling out then there is no reason to even try to freaking save some goddamn money.. 😔 society is only about money these days and nothing else.

Re: Video: 15 Exciting New Games Coming To Nintendo Switch In November

@Silly_G Just because you want them to have 32 GB carts, shouldn't mean that they should do it. This is all an experiment from Rockstar/Take-Two to see if GTA Trilogy will sell on Switch. If it will then they will definitely look at bringing more rockstar games to the switch. + These 32 GB carts are really expensive to produce for something that is essentially just a gamble from Rockstar/Take-Two. A mainline GTA game has never been on a Nintendo console which is why this is so unique and special. Rockstar doesn't know if GTA will sell on switch yet.

@rottame yeah just look at games like:
The Binding of Isaac (which started as a flash game)
Pokemon Gold & Silver ( two regions in 1 gb game!)

& many more examples of limitations in video games being their strength. Pushing games to their limits is the most challenging task for any game developer and it only helps if you have more limitations. Just look at Dreams, that "game" failed because it allowed too much. It became overwhelming for many and such the hype soon died off.
