Now in the case of a book the story is what you really pay for. A game doesn't consist of a story only but gameplay too. So WATCHING resident evil and PLAYING it is absolutely different.

If the above would be a telltale guideline I would say it is fair. Their "games" are more like movies with alternating storylines.

PSN store is currently for ps3 and ps4, this isn't nintendo where you have different stores for every generation. Same for xbox more or less.... (at least for compatible titles).

And a ps5 remake of re4 cannot be counted as bw compat in my opinion.

4000+ games will be compatible + if 3rd parties will put efforts into enhancing their games for ps5, they can also do that

nintendo was consistent in the way that when they had backwards compatibility, they run most prev gen games
but they are not consistent wether they provide backwards compatibility or not... sometimes they just do

@Paraka sony changed their mind and promise almost 100% bw compatibility!! and those 100 titles will be enhanced too.

retro_player_22 pc version of doom1 and 2 also flawed, like the switch version

@YANDMAN virtua racing on the switch is far from perfect or accurate. that is m2 today

this will be a cheap system with cheap cpu, don't expect miracles
