@Pahvi I bought a Wii U because I love games like Zelda and Mariokart and for the rich back catalogue of Nintendo classics but where are they? Metroid Prime trilogy was a good start but I want Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, F Zero GX etc

No Wii games again, we should be getting one every week if we are not getting GC and N64 games!

@NoEasyBuckets Yeah but each of these games all made money for Nintendo on the Wii upon their initial release, any money they make now is like free money. Keeping them at £9 rewards those few of us who invested in a Wii U.

I really want to play Starwing on my Wii U, I don't care if it used the Super FX chip and won't run, rebuild it from the ground up it's an important part of Nintendo's history!

Will pass on Kirby for £18, if it was £9 I would have definitely gone for it. I reckon I can wait until it goes on sale some time in the future. If all these Wii games were half price first week then Nintendo would make a fortune, they still just don't get it. Give us N64 and GC games on Wii U and GBA and DS games on 3DS!

And for that reason I'm out.

@XyVoX They will be saving Wii games for quiet weeks, they don't want you purchasing a Wii game instead of Majoras Mask.

Where is my Kirby Wii game?

I'm a bit worried that none of these games appeal to me at the moment, maybe Kirby but not for multiplayer. I am only looking forward to Zelda Wii U and the new Fire Emblem on 3ds.

All Fire Emblem amiibo will be rereleased when the new 3ds FE game comes out anyway in nicer FE themed packaging.

Best Buy are putting 200 consoles in a warehouse for a year and then suddenly remembering they have them, then you can get hold of one for only 500 dollars, it's called doing a Gamestop!!!!

I love the Pikmin games but couldn't get into Little Kings Story, I found it boring.

Some of these games are super cheap, I picked up Resi 4, Okami, Metroid Other M etc all for under £5 so if they get released for £18 I don't think they are good value.

Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn is worth £18 if that's what we have to pay (assuming only the first three are reduced in release week). Also stop whining about SMG2 resolution, if you have a 60 inch tv that's your problem, it looks fantastic on my 32 inch Samsung.

Probably £7 here then in rip off Britain!

@GloverMist Remapping a wii remote is ideal for the two GBA Fire Emblem games, makes it the same control layout as FE Radiant Dawn on Wii.

@Grumblevolcano I never pre ordered my xl, I walked into a Game store and noticed they had dropped the price from £200 to £160 about a month after release of the Fire Emblem special edition and decided to buy it there and then because I like the FE games. I wasn't bothered about the FE xl but realised it was a good deal for £160 with the game included. Things are getting ridiculous over limited or special edition consoles and games and I am not falling for it.

Funny how crazy people get over a bit of paint on a console. I am happy with my Fire Emblem xl and will probably never get a New 3Ds because the differences don't matter to me. Thanks for all the laughs people.

Nintendo directs should be streamed through wii u and 3ds consoles live, we don't all have a pc at home (nor do I want one).

One thing is usually guaranteed, crushing disappointment for us F Zero and Metroid fans!

Maybe the future is one console for Nintendo that works as a portable and home console, then more games will arrive as they only have one system to work on.

Slightly more powerful, amiibo compatible (with one game but not yet), a camera stick, one exclusive game (xc) I already own, it's a no from me I'm afraid.

Very happy with my 3ds xl Fire Emblem limited edition that came with FE Awakening pre installed, cost me £160 brand new and Nintendo want £20 more for this without a £40 game!

@Dogeymon You will never see a proper pokemon game on the wii u or 3ds vc because then nobody will buy the rereleased version a few years later. Long story short stop buying the rehashes and when Nintendo realise nobody will pay full price for them anymore they will put them all on the vc !!!!

Tetris DS is the best anyway and I have a copy.

Looking forward to Zelda and Star Fox, not really bothered about Xenoblade, it looks sterile and just like every other sci-fi themed game.

How are numptys only just discovering they have £50 in vouchers owed to them, some people don't deserve this promotion!
