It was amazing! My biggest hype is with the new Zelda, with Zelda as lead protagonist! Also so excited for Dragon Quest HD and 'The Hundred Line Last Defense Academy' looks really cool. I don't even play fighting games but Marvel vs Capcom is huge. And there are lots of smaller nice announcements. I don't get on with first person games so Metroid might not be more me, but I was buzzing for everyone else, haha.
I played this on Apple Arcade briefly and thought it was really cute! I just don't like playing games on my phone so am glad it is coming to Switch. It has a lot of potential, I hope they develop this further and it becomes a more polished game like Animal Crossing.
@Ryu_Niiyama Figuring out where to display everything is the biggest struggle! I did a full 180 and went from "How much?!" to daydreaming about where i'm going to put this thing; I could make a full Zelda shrine with all my amiibo and nendoroid figures, heh.
@Ryu_Niiyama I was thinking the same thing. I like the set but it doesn't seem detailed enough for that kind of money. I'd rather get the Rivendell set (although to be fair that is an extra £200 haha)
Oh no, here we go again! I haven't bought so many amiibo since the Zelda restock. Bought Pikmin, Piranha Plant, Majoras Mask Link and Pokemon Trainer. That will do...for now. This is a crazy amount restocked, but still no Shulk?
I thought that plush was already available...at least on the UK pokemon site. If I had the extra money (and room!) it would be between this one or Psyduck.
Must admit they look very nice presented like that! I have quite an embarrassingly large collection of amiibo now from last year, but still no where close to this amount.
It’s tempting to pick up Splatoon 3 and sell my physical copy but I’m on a long break from the game so less motivated to buy. Fire Emblem 3 Houses is on my wish list, but I’d prefer a physical copy of that one, personally. Valkyria Chronicles for £3.99 is a great price as well… 🤔
I saw pictures of these last year and fell in love with them. They’ve been added to my Japan exclusive wishlist alongside all the Pikmin merch I’ll probably never get my hands on 😢
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (currently on chapter 3). Loving it so far! The main thing I struggled with was understanding how chain attacks work but it’s slowly starting to click now. The characters are all quite likeable, the map is easier to navigate (as is the menu) compared to the previous game, and the side quests have been enjoyable. I’m also alternating between Celeste and SoS: FOMT, whenever the mood strikes.
@PinderSchloss Theres been loads of criticism in general of creators not being given enough time to talk, it’s got nothing to do with Zelda not winning. What an immature assumption
@martynstuff Yeah, they must have spent a ton on advertising…I noticed it everywhere on social media!
I’ve been on the fence about this game (especially with how expensive it is) so I’ll definitely give it try tomorrow
Also, the faces/expressions remind me of the characters from the Lego games - kind of strange!
I’m somewhat interested, but some initial thoughts put me off: 1. The price. That’s a big chunk of money… 2. My Switch backlog. So many games to get through, should I really be adding more? 3. The Switch successor. If a Switch 2 release is around the corner that can potentially play more demanding games and gets even more third party support, do I really need a Steam Deck?

Ugh, the more I look at it the more I want it, haha. Maybe one day when I have the extra money
